Dear ones, we cherish the opportunity to establish this connection with you. Our teachings come from a world that remains a mystery to many of you, though a few have visited us over time.
 
We would love to show you how to maintain a stable and beautiful vibration. Earth is full of 3D technology that can pollute the human mind, but it only affects those who connect and absorb it. Beyond this, there is another realm where one is truly present, and nothing harmful can touch them.
 
To avoid lower vibrations, it is crucial to be mindful of what is happening in your mind and to be selective in your thoughts and beliefs. Once you learn to do this, your mind will no longer tune into lower vibrations. Set your intentions clearly, and direct your mind toward beauty and positivity—you will begin to experience more and more of that.
 
Tell yourself, “I see beauty everywhere,” and observe the magic that this intention brings. You create your reality, so choose wisely what you plant in your inner garden.
 
A high-vibrational being does not feed judgmental thoughts—whether toward themselves or others—because that contradicts the law of One and lowers their vibration. Spend your time wisely by supporting the life force that flows through you. Nurture your body with wholesome foods, meditate, exercise, dance…
 
If someone has convinced you that you need to sit for long hours in a chair, reflect on that belief and manifest what truly resonates with your heart. Be spontaneous, flow with the life within you, and smile.
 
Sometimes, down here in Shambala, we put in great effort to achieve our goals, but we are always motivated from within by our true aspirations for the growth of All. We are neither lazy nor passive; we are very active beings who love to create. At times, we give up our personal desires to channel our energy into collective creations for the benefit of All That Is. We remain relaxed, so we don’t feel the need to rest after our work. We are constantly connected to one another, and we can sense when someone needs something—we always help.
 
Many of you on Earth are becoming increasingly empathic, but sometimes you may not know how to handle your heightened sensitivity, leading you to withdraw. Know that your sensitivity is a gift from the future. You are the new human, one who feels and understands what is happening around them. Use this gift by nurturing others, by being open and caring. You feel—so that you can help. You are a Healer.
 
Many of you are destined to visit Agartha and the other civilizations that are part of Shambala. You, who have opened your heart to acceptance and love—are you ready to visit us?

Powerful Being of Manifestation

We are here connecting with you through the energy of these words. Words carry the energy of meaning as uniquely translated by your beliefs and programs. We find your words extremely limiting in offering expanded awareness of your true multidimensional existence.
 
You do not have words to illustrate many of the concepts and truths available to you as a divine, multidimensional being in human form. However since this is the tool that is available and which carries our energy, we use it to invite you to expand again and again.
 
When we say that you are beings of light, we realize that you have heard this concept many times, yet it might still sound a bit far out to you. It is, however, the truth. As we have expressed before, every cell, as well as your DNA, emits biophotons of light. Imagine that your very skin is like natural solar panels and the energies and frequencies given by the sun, moon and stars continually recharge your aliveness.
 
The electromagnetic emissions from your cells can now be measured with your modern instrumentation. We realize that you experience yourself as this solid and dense physical form. That is what this experience is about, to recognize that you have a physical vehicle, yet you are a starbeing. You are the essence of light energy that happens to be vibrating at a low frequency which gives you the sense of being solid.
 
Your real state of existence is a being of light energy. Yet while you are focused on the physical aspect, you are always offering your personal energy signature to all you encounter. Remember, your personal energy signature is influenced by what you have experienced, what you have been taught and what you have been led to believe as well as by the state of your emotions.
 
As you become aware that you are more than your physical form, consider that you might be a true member of the Galactic family and a starseed being. When you begin to accept this as a real possibility, and understand who you truly are, you begin to expand into your starseed presence.
 
When you consciously, on purpose, begin to release any limited beliefs and patterns you have acquired, when you clear your emotional storage, when you stop repeating your non-supportive stories, you begin elevating yourself to the higher dimensions. As you begin to refine your energy signature, you vibrate at a higher and purer form of the light spectrum, you begin to own and express yourself as a being of bio-luminosity, a being of light, a true starseed being.
 
As your frequencies and vibrations increase, the other dimensions become more available to your awareness. Of course this is the goal, is it not?
 
Your planet is in flux, it is shifting as well, moving to the higher dimensions. You are the active part of this occurring, for you are anchoring more and more conscious light vibrations within the very cells of your physical form.
 
You are a powerful being of manifestation. Your thoughts, words and emotional focus impact the quantum field. You are interfacing with this energy field in each moment. You are entrained and resonate with this unified field. So when you begin to expand your light quota and hold your focused intentions from a higher level of consciousness, you begin interfacing with the 4th and 5th dimensions of light consciousness.
 
You are here to anchor your starseed awareness into this reality. When you move your focused attention from the imposed limitations of the 3rd dimension, you begin to remember and open up to your awesome abilities and gifts.
 
Every situation and every perceived problem now occurring on your planet can and will be resolved with solutions generated from the higher realms of truth. Throughout your history there have been those who have tapped into these higher realms and created music which continues to inspire, art that continues to trigger emotions, and inventions that have changed the course of your history.
 
So it is a matter of you knowing that you also have the ability and can tap into these higher states of consciousness, realizing that there will be a flow of inspiration and solutions that will be downloaded so to speak. Play with this possibility; allow your imagination to travel to a place where the answers will be revealed. Trust the process. Practice and allow for this to unfold.
 
When you allow yourself to step outside your limited, perceived reality, you open the doors to unlimited awesome abilities. When you can acknowledge yourself as a powerful creator of your reality, you can begin to make the necessary shifts in attitudes that will change the very reality you are experiencing.
 
We are inviting you to play big. We are inviting you to own your power to make a difference in your personal life experience as well as the world events. You are invited to own this truth.
 
Remember, your focused intention will manifest. So begin to embrace yourself as a divine co- creator of this reality. Elevate and evolve your thinking, discard any limited beliefs. Allow yourself to play with the possibilities. Imagine that you are unlimited and as an unlimited, divine starbeing, what would you create?
 
Your focused intention does affect your reality. Imagine that your focused intentions are capable of changing the very molecular structure of matter. It is the highly coherent frequencies of your light awareness that gives this focus its power to transform.
 
It is this personal awakening that is occurring in the hearts and minds of humanity that will transform this planet. Realize that energy of thought can and will alter the reality that is the focus. When you begin to reach the frequencies of the higher dimensions and allow yourself to receive and download solutions to the current situations, you are actively bringing more conscious light awareness to the whole.
 
We are honored to remind you of your true power to create, your true connection with the stars. We celebrate your starseed awareness. We celebrate you stepping into this truth with deep gratitude for your personal work and service that you continue to offer to humanity from your divine presence in partnership with your physical focus. We are always available by your request.

My Personal Message

 
Talk about clearing old emotional energy and negative patterns - that seems to be what is up for me. This month was another intense physical experience. Throughout my life I have dealt with headaches, especially during my teens and early twenties. Some were migraine so intense that I just had to go to bed. So, I have known that is a vulnerable area for me. I have continued to have slight headaches, once in awhile, which do not last long and are mild.
 
Recently, I experienced a headache that started out slow and became more and more intense over several days. Finally, after four days of extreme pain, I was willing to go to emergency. They took a cat scan and said there looked like swelling, a bleed, a mass or even a slight stroke. My daughter and I said heartfelt prayers and made intentions for this to be resolved with ease and grace.
 
The hospital continued to run tests and we were there ten hours. My EKG was normal, my blood work was normal and the MRI was totally clear. Our prayers were answered. They finally found a medication that stopped the intense pain and they released me.
 
I read and use Louise L. Hays You Can Heal Your Life and The Secret Language of Your Body by Inna Segal. I looked up the headaches, it was fear of the flow of life, seriousness, perfectionism and over committing myself. Last month when I had shingles, I did look up the emotional component. When I was a child and had chicken pox my emotional state of mind was low self-esteem, feeling inferior, unworthy, fear of the future and being too sensitive. I have overcome those emotional issues. These are qualities that I continue to be aware of and process - they were energetic reminders of those thought patterns. I have used this understanding and cleared this energy. It seems to me that this is a part of my ascension process. All the solar flares and energy we are all feeling right now has been activating these old patterns and emotions to be cleared and transformed.
 
Right now, I am doing well, just feeling a bit fragile. I am taking care of myself and processing my emotions with sound and energy work. I invite you to notice if any health issues arise for you. How they are serving you and your own transformation? What are the results of this ascension process for you?
 
Other news of my month. My month was easy with sessions with the 'team,' taking care of myself, and my garden. Our weather has been so lovely and being outside at twilight is my favorite time. My granddaughter just completed her training to be a flight attendant. She is so excited and, of course, I am thrilled for her. Everyone else in the family is doing well. I did get fire insurance for my home, it is expensive plus I still need insurance for liability and personal possessions. Oh my! We finally got the big oak tree that fell in the back yard cleaned up. Now to repair the fence and such. It was certainly a mess. We had another successful and playful collage workshop and class. These once a month happenings at the local library are so much fun and the class is always full.
 
Please call for your appointment. I continue to arrange session for all those who have sent me a request. Of course, I love this work and connecting with clients. It is rewarding and engaging. The sessions are powerful. It is amazing what is revealed, and what effective simple tools the 'team' provides. They gently and lovingly stretch our consciousness. I am honored to be available to you in connecting with the 'team'. I love working with these incredible conscious beings and making them accessible to you.
 
There have been more powerful solar flares. We are continually being gifted with energy to activate our next levels of awakening. Be mindful of how you integrate these energies into your life. Set your intentions each day to integrate these energies easily. Because of the energy from these cosmic downloads, there are surprises in store. Challenge yourself to shine in new ways and be open to major personal growth.
 
 
We are invited to transform these world issues with powerful and clear intentions, prayers and the powerful tools we have been given. The 'team' reminds us to use sounds, as well as the light of the violet flame, to transmute all that is occurring in our lives and on the planet.

Claiming Your New Self Is a Given

Dear Ones,
 
Many of you envision your new life and who you will become. Yet, your interests sometimes seem counterintuitive, even wrong.
 
Even though you are no longer a linear being with anticipated expectations, you continue to expect that your thoughts and actions will be linear, from A to B to C.
 
You will not understand how different you have become until you find new interests exciting and your former interests monotonous.
 
Perhaps you question that thought because your daily routine has not changed much. Yet, if you scratch beneath the surface of your beliefs or interests, you will discover that what was once interesting or intriguing is now boring. And what was once outside your expected skill level is now enticing.
 
You are no longer the Janelle or Steven of yesterday or this morning. Your new being will arrive in erratic spurts, so what seemed interesting this morning might prove tiresome this afternoon.
 
This phase is a growth spurt in a direction you have never before explored. So, nothing in your life can be anticipated. Perhaps that thought frightens you because you want something or someone to attach your feelings and physical being to.
 
Just as you are changing, so is everyone around you. Those you once depended upon may no longer care much about your needs, and vice versa. This is a new world, and you are a new being, as are millions of other Earth beings. Think of everyone you know or interact with undergoing a similar shift. And then add those who do not wish to shift, and your world becomes one of upheavals, change, unexpected shifts – and not a little frightening.
 
Perhaps you wonder why you might struggle as you adjust to a life of love. A life in which fear no longer holds the key to interactions, shifts, and growth. Such is so because your life changes will be so dramatic you will have difficulties believing they are valid and, therefore, trusting your inner messages. “What if I take this step, and it’s not what I expect?” What if I say this to a friend, and they’re no longer my friend?” “Why is the person I love acting so strangely?” All inner questions that will highlight your next few days.
 
Imagine you inherited millions of dollars, making you question your life and the lives of those you hold dear. “How much do I dare change my life to continue the same relationship I had with others when I had no money?” “How can I know if this person really cares for me?” Even though both are common 3D questions, they are irrelevant in your new world. If you no longer have similar frequencies, neither of you will continue the relationship.
 
Your concerns are 3D concerns indicating you have something others desire instead of the new reality that others can create what you have if they wish. Your compatibility frequencies are no longer based on “I have what someone wants.” but “I have what someone might want to explore, and if that’s true, we’ll likely be compatible.”
 
In 3D, you accepted this piece or that action to maintain relationships, thinking, “Nothing is perfect.” or “This is the best I can do.” Now that you have activated your entire spectrum of skills, there is no need for jealousy or to make do in any relationship.
 
Perhaps this concept seems unbelievable, punitive, or wrong for who you believe you are. It is time to expand your interactions, creations, and explorations. And because the Earth needs to shift quickly, you will begin doing so soon. This inner drive cannot be stopped or altered any more than was true for walking, talking, or puberty.
 
It is a given that your life will change. Such is possible with feelings of terror, as was true for some in puberty, or it can be a natural process you encourage. It is your choice, for this phase will likely begin in the next few days.
 
It is time to claim your new being. You can do so by kicking and screaming or laughing in joy. Even though you have a choice in how you claim your new being, you will do so. 
 
So be it.

9 Signs of an Authoritarian Personality and How to Deal with It.

An authoritarian personality can be a complicated, multi-faceted challenge to deal with. It is often a deeply ingrained set of beliefs that take a great deal of time to break down and address.
 
Here we explore what an authoritarian personality means, how you can recognize it, and what you can do if somebody in your life falls into this category.
 
Defining an Authoritarian Personality
 
This type of personality is the subject of a great deal of study and learning throughout the field of psychology, often in the context of understanding why damaging belief systems have been dominant in some parts of the world, at a staggering cost.
 
Authoritarianism derives from believing in a static, unwavering set of rules about power and control, submission, and obedience.
 
Behavioral scientists often link this to fascism and a genuine perception that some people are weak, and others are strong – that some should rule, and others should follow.
 
Some of the overriding ‘tests’ to identify authoritarianism come from Theodor Adorno’s F-scale, published in the last century. In this case, the ‘F’ represents fascism and was created to understand how people become racist.
 
 
Signs of An Authoritarian Characteristic
 
This type of personality is often learned behavior and refers back to a set of rules and standards learned in the early years, thus becoming prevalent as an adult.
 
It sounds intimidating, but often a person who is caught in this cycle of limiting beliefs can find it extremely difficult to speak about it, try to relearn their perspective of the world, and train their brain to perceive people in a new light.
 
While it is easy to feel distrust and dislike towards authoritarian people, we must also consider why they think the way they do and be prepared to be a part of changing their mindset for the better.
 
Signs you might identify include:
 
1. Dominance
 
A dominant, aggressive, and intolerant person who cannot accept people different from themselves – whether in the way they work, their lifestyle, or their own belief systems. Individuals who must be in control at all times and crave power and authority.
2. Cynicism
 
Cynical people who view the world through a veil of discord and discontentment.
 
3. Superiority Complex
 
Those who genuinely believe themselves to be superior to others without having a tangible or quantifiable reason for this superiority complex.
 
This can manifest in terms of discrimination, racism, and extreme offense towards others – for example, a person who doesn’t look like them, or lives a lifestyle they consider unacceptable.
 
4. Unwavering beliefs
 
An authoritarian person believes in a fixed set of rights and wrongs and cannot look beyond those rules or see the grey areas between the black and white boundaries they have established.
5. Hostility
 
People who think in this way will be very fast to judge and condemn anybody who disagrees, are intolerant of other ideas, or less rigid ideologies.
 
6. Fearfulness
 
An authoritarian person is trapped inside their beliefs, and for many, it seems impossible ever to be able to relax their mindset.
 
They thrive on fear, power, and control – deeming anybody of whom they do not ‘approve’ to be a threat that should be eliminated.
 
7. Aggression
 
People who think like this tend to lack emotional intelligence and, therefore, the maturity to appreciate other perspectives.
 
Consequently, they struggle with empathy and may become angry and frustrated very quickly.
 
8. Prejudice
 
Prejudice is a crippling thought process and one that can be extremely difficult to break down. Authoritarian people cannot listen to any opinion other than their own.
 
9. Inability to Reason
 
If you have a fixed mindset that cannot be changed, you can also not listen to reason, explain your thought processes, or rationalize your belief systems coherently.
 
They are merely there, and no amount of reasoning will help you break out of it.
 
How to Deal with Authoritarian People
 
All in all, an authoritarian personality is rarely pleasant to be around. However, what can you do if you encounter somebody like this, or have a personal relationship with them, and need to find a way to counter their destructive mindset or help them to see another perspective?
 
 
Here are a few tips to make the relationship more manageable:
 
Don’t take it personally
 
They can’t help but abide by the stringent set of rules in their head; never let it get to you.
 
Try to understand their way of doing things
 
Try to see things from their perspective even if you disagree with it. You can quickly make peace by trying to get to grips with what things act as a trigger, much as you would with a person struggling with a mental health condition.
 
Build a relationship over time
 
This is mainly true if you are in a workplace environment. If there are specific tasks that must be done in a particular way, learn how to do them, and don’t challenge their requirements unless it is fundamentally against your own belief system.
 
Stand your ground when you need to
 
Gather allies who understand the challenge that an authoritarian personality presents. While you can adopt techniques to accept and appreciate their limiting nature, you don’t have to bend to it.
 
And if the authoritarian person is someone you are close to? They almost certainly need professional support to try and unpick their thought processes.
 
That isn’t something that can happen quickly or painlessly, so if you know an authoritarian person who is willing to change, they will need all the help they can get to do so.
 
Remember – most of our belief systems are taught and learned, and often not a conscious choice. Try to be understanding and help them work through the unlearning of this toxic mindset. It will definitely be worth it.

7 Simple Everyday Tips.

If you want to learn how to become happier, the following science-backed methods will help you a lot.

One of the theories in the field of psychology claims that all people have a “starting point” of happiness, which defines their wellness. All our life revolves around it and the fact if we feel more or less happy depends on what is happening in our daily lives. But we can “reboot” our minds.

While the world may or may not be in worse trouble than it’s been before, you can still feel good in life. You can do little things like exercising, eating well, meditation, writing, getting enough sleep, and self-affirmation.


While these simple practices may not transform life on planet Earth, they can show you how to become happier, feel more at home here, and begin to appreciate and enjoy your life more.

Let’s take a moment to explore each of these options.

1. Getting Enough Sleep


Sleep is restorative, and if you don’t get enough, your body does not have enough time to heal and catch up with its metabolic housework. While it may seem to be productive to work more and sleep less, this is not a sustainable way to live. Don’t try to get by on 6 hours if you need 8 or 9 hours to get a good night’s rest.

2. Eating well


While there is no shortage of delicious food, this is not exactly what is meant by the phrase, “eating well.” Tasty food— which is often high in salt, sugar, and fats — also throws your metabolism out of balance. These high-calorie, low-nutrient foods don’t give your body the right proportion of macro- and micro-nutrients. As a result, you feel tired after a meal, not replenished and refueled.

Eating well, then, refers to eating foods closer to nature — fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, organic meats, etc. Your body knows what to do with these foods, but it has no idea how to process a common sweetener like high fructose corn syrup.

3. Meditation


Meditation is a broad term. You can just sit in a quiet place relaxing and letting go of intrusive thoughts. It’s like rebooting a computer, which is processing an excessive number of tasks simultaneously.

However, many people find meditation difficult. It’s not because meditation itself is difficult – after all, it’s the art of doing nothing more than breathing, visualizing, or repeating a mantra while sitting perfectly still – but because they are trying too hard to do it right.

In addition, there are many religions that use meditation, which creates quite a bit of confusion about the practice itself. If you’re not a religious person, you feel you’re being hoodwinked into adopting erroneous belief systems.

If you belong to organized religion, you wonder if you’re betraying your faith. And if you do happen to belong to a religion that believes in meditation, then you’re always dismayed at not clearing your mind of thoughts and feeling a sense of oneness with all sentient beings.

Here are 4 tips to put your mind at ease (no pun intended):

  1. Forget about doing it right. Meditation is not about performance.
  2. Choose the type of meditation you find easy to do.
  3. Realize that meditation does not belong to any religion but is merely a practice that many Eastern religions have found helpful in promoting spiritual insights. You can even meditate if you’re an atheist to calm your mind and provoke the relaxation response.
  4. Think of the mind as a bucket and thoughts and feelings as sand swirling in the bucket. By meditating, you allow the sand to settle to the bottom of the bucket and your mind now becomes still and peaceful.

4. Writing


Writing can be a way of sorting through your ideas to get clarity. It’s useful even if you don’t plan to be a published writer. You can write in your journal about your day or as a way to figure things out.

You can also write what’s called Morning Pages. This idea, introduced by Julia Cameron in The Artists Way helps free up mental and emotional clutter. Cameron explains:

“Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning.”

5. Exercise

Exercise has a direct effect on your mood. By joining a fitness class, you not only get to hang out with like-minded people and engage in a fun activity, but you’ll also build muscle, burn fat, improve flexibility, and stimulate feel-good hormones like serotonin and dopamine.

Thus, it is recommended to work out or do any other kind of physical activity for at least 15-30 minutes a day. Aerobic exercise (for example, jogging) is shown to have a powerful antidepressant effect.
6. Self-affirmation and effort

Our beliefs are like the software that runs our minds. In order to clear erroneous beliefs, we can use another piece of software called self-affirmations.

Happy people consider happiness a lifetime goal, writes leading psychologist Tom G. Stevens in his book ‘You can choose to be happy‘. To do this, we must re-evaluate our beliefs and values, work on our self-control, and be in an environment that encourages positive feelings.

Suppose, for example, you were disinterested in class when you were little and because teachers, parents, and fellow students labeled you as stupid. This is a damaging belief because it limits your ability to learn new ideas. By using an affirmation like, “I quickly solve difficult problems and have a great memory,” you slowly begin to erase the erroneous beliefs that others fostered upon you.

Affirmations might work partly because even the slightest effort to become happier can have significant effects on your life. Two small pilot studies published in the scientific journal Journal of Positive Psychology show that the participants who tried to become happy enjoyed a better mood and increased wellness.

7. Practice gratitude and enjoy the little things in life

Neuropsychologist Rick Hanson claims that the human brain responds automatically to negative events and this response is even stronger than when we experience positive things. But we can reverse this negative tendency by practicing gratitude and appreciating the small joys of life.

Indeed, a study published in the journal Social Behavior and Personality shows that gratitude is a habit that can be developed and makes us enjoy life more.

Moreover, did you know that even a simple smile of gratitude can significantly boost your mood and make you happier? A study conducted at Michigan State University shows that people who smile often and make happy thoughts tend to be in a good mood and do not give up easily.

As such, psychologist Robert Emmons recommends writing down three things you are grateful for every day. For example, you could write about how much your friends and family mean to you. It could look like a trivial exercise, but according to Dr. Emmons, a daily reminder of the reasons to be grateful for ‘infects’ people with optimism about the future.

Another great way to practice the attitude of gratitude and positivity would be to think about your achievements for the last 24 hours at the end of the day. Why is this important? Because when you praise yourself and cultivate positive thinking, it boosts your self-confidence and motivates you for further achievements.

Final thoughts about happiness

You may not realize it, but each day, you have many opportunities to become happier. Yes, if you are to believe the politicians and the press, the world has never been in a worse condition.

That’s probably what people thought in ancient Athens, too, when the Spartans were delivering ominous threats, or in Rome when the Visigoths were marching toward the capital.

By trying out these 7 ideas that show you how to become happier, you can stop worrying about the state of the world, have a better mood, and, finally, start experiencing greater self-fulfillment. People have been frustrated since the beginning of recorded history, but you can choose to set yourself free from intrusive thoughts.
