Saudações Amados,
 
Somos Arcanjos Ametista e Zadequiel, e nós saudamo-los com Amor. 
Hoje, gostaríamos de discutir sobre estar centrado na Unidade.
 
Estar centrado na Unidade é compreender que faz parte de um plano magnífico.
 
Todos os Seres, minerais, plantas e animais fazem parte da Unidade. Cada parte da Criação partilha uma origem comum.
 
Cada parte da Criação tem uma Centelha do Divino.
 
Não há separação. É apenas uma questão de expressão.
 
Cada parte da Criação tem uma missão e um propósito. Quando está alinhado com a sua missão, está a realizar a sua parte do plano Divino.
 
À medida que se concentra na sua parte do plano Divino, sabe que cada outro Ser está a fazer a sua parte.
 
Com esta perceção, está ciente de que uma parte importante de estar centrado na Unidade é a forma como interage com outros Seres,
 
Um ponto de partida é lembrar que todos os Seres fazem parte da Unidade e transportam uma Centelha Divina no seu centro cardíaco. Este é o elemento que o liga com todos os Seres. Mesmo que expressem as vossas encarnações de diferentes formas, partilham esse vínculo comum.
 
Uma característica deste vínculo é o Amor Divino. A Centelha Divina transporta esse Amor. Quanto mais se concentrar na sua Centelha Divina, mais o seu campo de Amor Divino crescerá.
 
Quando interage com outro Ser, toma consciência da sua Centelha Divina e da sua origem comum. Não precisa de estar no mesmo caminho ou concordar com a forma como eles estão a viver o seu caminho. Pode reconhecer a sua origem comum e enviar-lhes Amor Divino.
 
Ao concentrar-se na sua origem Divina, percebe que está a partilhar um campo comum de energia. Não há separação. Toda a Criação existe dentro de um campo comum de energia.
 
Cada pensamento, sentimento ou ação espalha-se através do campo comum de energia para todos os outros Seres.
 
O que é emitido por um indivíduo pode afetar o coletivo.
 
Por exemplo, quando expressa pensamentos de Amor e de muito maior, isso espalha-se para todos, incluindo para si.
 
Esta perceção coloca maior importância na monitorização das suas intenções, pensamentos e sentimentos.
 
As suas intenções preparam o cenário para pensamentos e sentimentos. Todos eles carregam uma carga energética à medida que os processa. Quanto mais fortes forem os seus sentimentos sobre eles, mais forte será a carga que carregarão.
 
Esta consciencialização oferece-lhe uma grande oportunidade de servir o bem maior.
 
Se definir uma intenção para o bem maior de todos, a sua energia começará a alinhar-se com essa intenção. Vê todos os Seres como parte da Unidade.
 
Começa a viver a sua vida diária de acordo com o bem maior.

Greetings Beloved Ones,
 
WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss being centered in Oneness.
 
Being centered in Oneness is an understanding that you are part of a magnificent plan.
 
All Beings, minerals, plants, and animals are part of the Oneness. Each part of Creation shares a common origin.
 
Each part of Creation has a Spark of the Divine.
 
There is no separation. It is only a matter of expression.
 
Each part of Creation has a mission and purpose. When you are aligned with your mission, you are carrying out your part of the Divine plan.
 
As you are focusing on your part of the Divine plan, you know that every other Being is doing its part.
 
With this realization, you are aware that an important part of being centered in Oneness is the way you interact with other Beings,
 
A starting point is to remember that all Beings are part of the Oneness and carry a Divine Spark in their heart center. This is the element that connects you with all Beings. Even though you may be expressing your incarnations in different ways, you share this common bond.
 
A characteristic of this bond is Divine Love. The Divine Spark carries this Love. The more you focus on your Divine Spark, the greater your Divine Love field will grow.
 
When you interact with another Being, you are aware of their Divine Spark and your common origin. You do not have to be on the same path or agree with how they are living their path. You can recognize your common origin and send them Divine Love.
 
As you focus on your Divine origin, you realize that you are sharing a common field of energy. There is no separation. All of Creation exists within a common field of energy.
 
Every thought, feeling, or action ripples out throughout the common field of energy to all other Beings.
 
What is put out by an individual can affect the collective.
 
For example, when you put out thoughts of Love and highest good, this ripples out to everyone, including yourself.
 
This realization places increased importance on monitoring your intentions, thoughts, and feelings.
 
Your intentions set the stage for thoughts and feelings. They all carry an energetic charge as you process them. The stronger your feelings about them, the stronger charge they will carry.
 
This awareness presents you with a great opportunity to be of service for highest good.
 
If you set an intention for the highest good for all, your energy begins to align with this intention. You view all Beings as part of the Oneness.
 
You begin to live your daily life according to highest good.
 
You may express kindness by smiling at someone or holding the door open for them.
 
You have compassion and empathy for those who are struggling.
 
You are secure in who you are, even though someone else may be on a different path. You maintain your focus of Oneness and highest good.
 
Beloved Ones, we are happy that you are being centered in Oneness.
 
Know that you are greatly loved.
 
WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel,
 
…and WE surround you with Love.

Suas qualidades pessoais definem quem você é. Elas são a maneira como se vê, a maneira como se apresenta ao mundo e a maneira como os outros o vêem.
 
Suas qualidades são seu centro e estabilidade. Elas permitem que permaneça focado, não importa quais sejam as circunstâncias ao seu redor.
 
Selecionar as qualidades que deseja incorporar permite-lhe a oportunidade de ser quem deseja ser.
 
Essas qualidades podem transcender a sua encarnação atual e ser levadas consigo para as dimensões superiores.
 
Isto permite-lhe muita latitude para definir quem quer ser.
 
Há muitas qualidades a considerar.
 
Abraçar a unidade é uma qualidade que os liga a tudo o que é e a todas as partes da criação. A qualidade de saber que você é parte da unidade reflete a origem de cada alma. Toda a criação faz parte da unidade.

Engloba cada célula e sistema de órgãos para trabalhar em harmonia para o bem mais elevado e irradiar amor divino onde quer que estejam. Sobrepõe-se a todas as suas outras qualidades.
 
Uma qualidade intimamente relacionada é ter compaixão e tratar os outros da maneira que gostaria de ser tratado. Ter compaixão mostra que entende as circunstâncias de alguém, mesmo que não concorde com suas ações. Compreendemos que a situação dum indivíduo tem muitos aspectos. Podem estar numa situação de aprendizagem que lhes é exclusiva. Mostrar compaixão e enviar-lhes amor divino pode ser muito útil à medida que navegam no seu caminho.
 
Porque está seguro em quem você é, é capaz de mostrar compaixão. Não compromete as vossas qualidades nem os vossos valores. É simplesmente um reconhecimento daquilo que estão a viver.
 
Isso permite que expresse bondade para com as pessoas ao seu redor. Reconhece que cada pessoa gosta de ser reconhacida. Actos diários de bondade reforçam isso. Pode sorrir para alguém, manter a porta aberta para eles, ou deixá-los ir à sua frente na fila. Quando faz isso com um coração amoroso, a vibração que envia aumenta ainda mais.
 
Existem muitas outras qualidades para selecionar.
 
Decidir quais qualidades deseja incorporar é uma decisão pessoal. Pode querer entrar no centro do seu coração ao considerar quais se sentem bem para si. Considere se sua energia se sente aberta e expansiva, ou se se sente contraída e restritiva à medida que se concentra em cada qualidade. Estes são indicadores de como será uma qualidade para si.
 
Porque está em constante evolução, as qualidades que deseja incorporar também podem evoluir. Uma revisão periódica delas permitirá que seja atualizado com quem você é.
 
Manter-se aberto a novas possibilidades pode melhorar o processo. Pode ter uma nova consciência de conceitos anteriores que o levarão a uma compreensão mais elevada.

Greetings Beloved Ones,
 
WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss defining your personal qualities.
 
Your personal qualities define who you are. They are the way you see yourself, the way you present yourself to the world, and the way others see you.
 
Your qualities are your center and stability. They allow you to remain focused no matter what the circumstances are around you.
 
Selecting the qualities you wish to embody allows you the opportunity to be who you want to be.
 
These qualities can transcend your current incarnation and be carried with you to the higher dimensions.
 
This allows you much latitude to define who you want to be.
 
There are many qualities to consider.
 
Embracing Oneness is a quality that links you with All That Is and all parts of Creation. The quality of knowing you are part of the Oneness reflects the origin of each Soul. All of Creation is part of the Oneness.
 
An Overlighting quality of the Oneness is Divine Love. This reflects who you are at your core. It is a recognition that you are part of All That Is. It is a feeling of connecting with all parts of Creation. It acknowledges that you want the best and highest good for all Beings and that you are part of the Eternal Whole and the Oneness.
 
When you embrace Divine Love as an integral aspect of your Being, this vibration permeates all parts of your energy field. It encompasses every cell and organ system to work in harmony for highest good and to radiate Divine Love wherever you are. It overlights all of your other qualities.
 
A closely related quality is having compassion and treating others the way you would like to be treated. Having compassion shows that you understand someone’s circumstances even if you do not agree with their actions. You have an understanding that an individual’s situation has many aspects. They may be in a learning situation that is unique to them. Showing compassion and sending them Divine Love can be very helpful as they are navigating their path.
 
Because you are secure in who you are, you are able to show compassion. It does not compromise your qualities or your values. It is simply a recognition of what they are experiencing.
 
This allows you to express kindness to those around you. You recognize that each Being likes to be acknowledged. Daily acts of kindness reinforce this. You may smile at someone, hold the door open for them, or let them go ahead of you in line. When you do this with a loving heart, the vibration you send rises even higher.
 
There are many other qualities from which to select.
 
Deciding which qualities you wish to embody is a personal decision. You may want to go into your heart center as you consider which ones feel right for you. Consider whether your energy feels open and expansive, or whether it feels contracted and restrictive as you focus on each quality. These are indicators of how a quality will be for you.
 
Because you are constantly evolving, the qualities you wish to embody may also evolve. A periodic review of them will allow you to be current with who you are.
 
Remaining open to new possibilities can enhance the process. You may have a new awareness of earlier concepts that will lead you to a higher understanding.
 
Beloveds, we are happy that you are defining your personal qualities.
 
We are always here to work with you when you call on us.
 
Know that you are greatly loved.

Greetings Beloved Ones,
 
WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss nurturing yourself on your path.
 
Nurturing yourself is very important.
 
Many energetic changes are occurring on your planet. Taking care of yourself is essential during this time.
 
You are a beautiful Being of Light inhabiting a physical vessel. Nurturing involves paying special attention to all aspects of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of your Being.
 
You must take care of yourself first in order to help others.
 
Nurturing yourself allows you to be fully present. It will help you carry out your mission and continue to move forward on your spiritual path.
 
You are able to focus on what you want and stay true to yourself and who you are. You can be in the present moment and acknowledge your feelings.
 
There are many ways to nurture yourself. It all depends on what resonates with you.
 
One place to start is to remember that you are a Spark of the Divine. This is who you are. As such, you are part of something much greater than your individual Self.
 
You can connect with this energy by focusing on your heart center. As you place your attention there, you will begin to feel the Love vibration from the Higher Realms. As you focus on it, you can relax into the higher energy and know that you are part of All That Is. This brings a feeling of connection and belonging and nurturing.
 
Once you realize your Divine Connection, you are aware that many possibilities are open for you. You are free to determine what nurtures you. It does not have to be what others desire. It is what makes your heart sing.
 
Being aware of what nurtures you helps you stay in touch with your real Self.
 
Turning inward helps silence the outer noise and allows you to listen to what you really want.
 
You can consider a range of options, such as quiet time, being in nature, time with friends or family or pets, or working on a hobby. Some nurturing activities may involve others while some are done alone. Having a range of possibilities enhances nurturing because you can select what calls to you at the moment.
 
As you reflect on each possibility, notice how you feel as you think about it. Does the activity bring you joy and relaxation, or does your energy contract and withdraw? This can help you determine whether something really is nurturing you.
 
As you move forward on your path, what you want and enjoy may change. You are always evolving. Staying current with who you are and what you enjoy nurtures you.
 
Be gentle with yourself throughout the process. Be your own best friend, and treat yourself the way you would like others to treat you. Be kind and understanding with yourself.
 
You can enhance this process by pausing and turning inward several times a day. Take a few deep breaths as you focus on your heart center. This helps you stay in touch with who you are and what is important to you.
 
Nurturing yourself is an ongoing process. Doing something you enjoy every day is important, even if it is only for a few minutes. This helps you acknowledge who you are as a Divine Being.
 
When you do this, you move even higher on the spiral of ascension, and you are in service for highest good.
 
Beloveds, we are with you as you nurture yourself on your path.
 
Know that you are greatly loved.

Neste nível mais elevado, a vossa energia carrega uma qualidade de clareza. É pura e clara. Transmuta perspectivas nebulosas e permite perceber com clareza a energia que apresenta. Com essa clareza, podeis determinar vossa própria direção.
 
Quando isso ocorre, transmiteis essa perspectiva aos outros. Limpais a energia para que os outros possam ver claramente e tomar suas próprias decisões de acordo com sua perspectiva. Não estais a tentar influenciar. Estais apenas limpando a energia de quaisquer impurezas.
 
Ter um campo de energia claro é muito importante para a humanidade à medida que avança no caminho da Ascensão.

Com esta consciência, o sentimento de amor divino permite-vos libertar quaisquer sentimentos de separação e abraçar a unidade.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss shining your Light brightly.

You are a beautiful Being of Light. You carry within you a bright beacon of Light that transcends the ages. It has always been who you are.

With the incoming energies, shining your Light brightly is more important than ever. You can serve as a lighthouse and a beacon to many who are seeking to find their way.

You are a beacon of hope and inspiration. Because you are aware of your direct connection to Source, you carry a strong energy of hope and inspiration. You carry an energy that transcends the third-dimension perspective. Your energy is of a higher dimension.

At this higher level your energy carries a quality of clarity. It is pure and clear. It transmutes clouded perspectives and allows you to perceive with clarity the presenting energy. With this clarity you can determine your own direction.

When this occurs, you transmit this perspective to others. You clear the energy so that others can see clearly and make their own decisions according to their perspective. You are not seeking to influence. You are merely clearing the energy of any impurities.

Having a clear energy field is very important for humanity as it moves forward on the ascension path.

To be part of this process, it is very important to keep your own energy field and Light clear.

There are several ways you may wish to consider to maintain this clarity.

The first is to remember that you are part of the great Oneness. All of Creation is part of Source. Each part of Creation contains a Spark of the Divine. This establishes a common bond with each Being.

This awareness leads to a desire for highest good for all. You want the best for all of humanity.

At this level you have great clarity and empathy. You can more easily release resentments and differences and practice forgiveness. You realize that this not only clears your own energy field but also that of the collective because All Is One. There is no separation of energy. What affects one affects all.

With this awareness the feeling of Divine Love allows you to release any feelings of separation and to embrace Oneness.

You begin to focus on the ways that all Beings are alike rather than on differences. You realize that all Beings want to be loved, understood, and appreciated. It is all encompassed in Divine Love.

The more you focus on Divine Love, the higher your frequency will rise and the more brightly your Light will shine.

You may wish to spend some time each day focusing on your heart center. Feel the Love in your Divine Spark. As you rest in this energy, the Love permeates every part of your Being. Each cell is radiating pure Light. As you continue to focus on it, your Light will increase in brilliance.

This allows you to be a beacon of hope wherever you are. You can be a source of encouragement and calm simply by shining your Light.

It encourages those around you, and it ripples throughout the multidimensions.

You are helping all of Creation to rise to a higher level.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are shining your Light brightly,

Know that you are greatly loved.

WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel,

…and WE surround you with Love.

Greetings Beloved Ones,
 
WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss being centered in the present moment.
 
You are making rapid progress on your ascension path. You are continuing to incorporate the energetic changes as you move forward with your mission.
 
Being centered in the present moment allows you to stay focused on what is most important to you. It allows you to tune out the outer noise and focus on your priorities.
 
Because the energetic shifts are ongoing, being centered in the present moment is even more important.
 
Each time an energetic shift occurs, your own energy field adjusts to incorporate the new higher frequency energy. You are releasing lower frequencies and incorporating the higher ones.
 
This can affect what is important to you at the moment. The higher frequency energy is inviting you to view situations from a new and higher perspective. What you were drawn to yesterday may no longer call to you today. What you were attracted to previously may no longer feel right for you or be a good fit. Or, you may feel a desire to refine your mission as you gain new insights.
 
You have moved to a higher level, and you are being invited to explore new possibilities.
 
When you are centered in the present moment, you can more easily recognize what is being shown to you.
 
You can discern what resonates with you at that time. As this occurs, you can decide what concepts to keep and what to release. Your focus has shifted to a higher perspective, and you will recognize where you are on your path.
 
Because the energy shifts are ongoing, remaining focused in the present moment is even more important. The new insights may be subtle, or they may be more profound. When you are centered in the present moment, you can determine what resonates with your energetic field.
 
You may have several consecutive shifts in a short time, or they may be spaced further apart.
 
The important point is to be open to what you are being shown and what you are sensing energetically.
 
This awareness can present itself in different ways. You may find yourself participating in an activity that has been part of your path, and you sense that there is a change in the way it resonates with you. It may be stronger, or it may have diminished. When this occurs, you may wish to turn inward to your inner guidance for more insight. If this change in resonance continues, it may be a signal that you are at a new level.
 
This discernment concerning your goals and activities is easier when you are focused on the present moment. If you are thinking about what happened yesterday or what you will do tomorrow, this can cause interference with what you are perceiving. Remaining centered in the present moment helps to keep your energetic channels clear.
 
To facilitate this process, you can take several steps.
 
Pausing throughout the day to focus on your breath brings your awareness to the present moment. Then you can ask yourself how you are feeling about what you are doing. You can determine whether everything feels aligned energetically. Then you will know whether to continue or to make any adjustments.
 
Periodically you may wish to set aside some time to turn inward to review your mission and goals. As you focus on each part, you will know whether it resonates energetically and is still a good fit. Then you can make adjustments if needed.
 
The more you are centered in the present moment, the easier it will be for you to move forward on your path.
