As you progress along your path and more of you begin to awaken to the broader aspects of you, you will find that how you process the vibrational changes and integrate them into your physical body is changing. If you were slam dunked during the last phase, then there is still some things you can be doing with your physical self to make the process easier. If you were aware that something was happening and took care of yourself and the process, then you probably found that it was an easier process or you needed to do it in a different way than before. The more in-touch you are with your inner self and inner wisdom, the more you trust and listen to your intuition and knowingness, the more focused you can keep your thoughts and feelings on what your intentions are, the more you see the desired results, or even better results that you have been hearing about for so long. The better you are taking care of your physical vessel, the easier it is to process through and the less down time is required. What is important to remember is that you still need to take the time to process through the changes, but can be done more quickly and easily and easily the more fine-tuned to you are to your own cellular vibration. As you become a more aware human be-ing, you realize the importance of recognizing your thoughts and feelings, recognizing the emotions and what the body is trying to tell you. Work on trusting you intuition and your natural psychic abilities. Study spiritual topics and take some classes on expansion. You are always evolving to another or new level and there is always something out there to help you to expand your light and as you expand your light, it ripples out into the world and affects change all around you. This is why how you process through these shifts has changed, there is more of you are doing the work, so there is less resistance to the process. Pay attention to your dreams and messages during your meditations as these are meant to guide you. Sometimes you mustn't take them literally but look for the messages within. This is the same for the sensations that your body gives you to something that is important for you to experience. Don't discount the sensations by something that has happened previously, check into them and see what it is that it is trying to tell you now. Just because the last time it was a signal for danger or it was unknown to you, it doesn’t always mean the same. It means that something is new or different or important for you to experience, and is letting you know to get you inner knowingness to tell you. Your meditations have changed or are changing, your messages and the way you receive them are changing, and the way you work in this new energy is changing. You have an important purpose and mission in this life-time as the way-showers of this great shift and with a bit of self-discipline and trusting in your great resolve, you will be the leaders to that Promised Land. It is not always easy and for ‘you who go before the others’, it has sometimes been a difficult ride. Those that follow in your foot steps will not have to experience the same hard-shifts (unless they choose it) as you have already blazed a trail. Life can become a balancing act at times and as you becoming more in-touch with the god/goddess within you, the more you must learn about the middle way. You know there is much to do in your world and you have much that can help others. Remember that it is imperative that you take care of yourself and your needs for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation so that you can then be your best for those in need of your services. There is a lot going on and so you need to set priorities and intentions and not get distracted by the drama going on around you. There is no race to the finish, so just let it all unfold. Take the time to gain more insights, as things may not always be as they appear on the surface. Take the time to take care of yourself and withdraw from the noise of daily life when you need to. Spend time communing with your guides and angels and know that everything you need to know and do is available to you and the Universe conspires with you always to help you create your intentions. And remember to have patience with the process and allow yourself to emerge as the Priest/High Priestess's that you are becoming. It is a promising time ahead and there is much to do and you will find the recognition or rewards that you seek, of this there is no doubt. Use this time and your expansion wisely and good news is on its way. Your strength and effectiveness increase as you trust in yourself and your ability to grow beyond your current states and experiences you have in life. Look as these as the opportunities to apply your knowledge and training to make the world a more magical place for yourself and that naturally includes everyone and all that is. Quanto melhor você puder cuidar do seu corpo físico, mais fácil será processar e menos tempo será necessário. O que é importante que se lembre é que você ainda precisa ter o tempo para processar através das mudanças, mas poderá realizar mais rápida e facilmente quanto mais ajustado você estiver a sua própria vibração celular.
Quando você se torna um ser humano mais consciente, percebe a importância de reconhecer os seus pensamentos e sentimentos, reconhecendo as emoções e o que o corpo está tentando lhe dizer. Trabalhe para confiar em sua intuição e em suas habilidades psíquicas naturais. Estude temas espirituais e tenha algumas aulas sobre a expansão. Você está sempre evoluindo para outro nível e há sempre algo lá fora para ajudá-lo a expandir a sua luz, e quando você expande a sua luz, ela reverbera no mundo e efetua a mudança ao seu redor. É por isto que a forma com que você processa através destas mudanças mudou. Há mais de você fazendo o trabalho, assim há menos resistência ao processo.
Preste atenção aos seus sonhos e mensagens durante as suas meditações, pois estes são destinados a orientá-lo. Algumas vezes, você não deve interpretá-los literalmente, mas procurar as mensagens interiormente. É o mesmo para as sensações que o seu corpo lhe dá a algo que é importante que você experiencie. Não deixe de considerar as sensações por algo que aconteceu anteriormente, analise-as e veja o que é que elas estão tentando lhe dizer agora. Só porque na última vez houve um sinal de perigo, ou foi desconhecido para você, isto nem sempre significa o mesmo. Significa que algo é novo, diferente ou importante para que você experiencie, e está lhe permitindo saber que está obtendo conhecimento interior.
Suas meditações mudaram ou estão mudando, suas mensagens e a maneira com que você as recebe, estão mudando, assim como a forma com que você trabalha nesta nova energia.
Você tem um propósito e uma missão importante nesta vida, como o mostrador do caminho desta grande mudança, e com um pouco de autodisciplina e confiança em sua grande determinação, você será o líder para esta Terra Prometida. Nem sempre é fácil e para você que “vai à frente dos outros”, tem sido, algumas vezes, uma jornada difícil. Aqueles que seguem as suas pegadas não terão que experienciar as mesmas mudanças difíceis (a menos que eles o escolham), pois você já abriu o caminho.
A vida pode se tornar um ato de equilíbrio, às vezes, e quanto mais você ficar em contato com o Deus/Deusa dentro de você, mais deverá aprender sobre o caminho do meio. Você sabe que há muito a fazer em seu mundo e tem muito a ajudar aos outros. Lembre-se que é imperativo que você cuide de si mesmo e de suas necessidades para o descanso, o relaxamento e o rejuvenescimento, de modo que possa então ser o melhor para aqueles que precisam dos seus serviços. Há muita coisa acontecendo e assim você precisa estabelecer as prioridades e intenções, e não ficar distraído pelo drama que está acontecendo ao seu redor.
Não há nenhuma corrida para a conclusão, assim permita que tudo isto se desenrole. Aproveite o tempo pra adquirir mais insights, pois as coisas nem sempre podem ser como elas aparentam. Reserve um tempo para se cuidar e afaste-se do ruído da vida diária quando for preciso. Passe um tempo comungando com os seus guias e anjos e saiba que tudo o que você precisa saber e fazer está disponível a você. O universo conspira com você, sempre, para ajudá-lo a criar as suas intenções. E, lembre-se de ter paciência com o processo e se permita emergir como o Sacerdote/Grande Sacerdotisa que você está se tornando.
Há um momento promissor à frente e há muito a fazer e você encontrará o reconhecimento e as recompensas que busca, disto não há dúvida. Use este tempo e a sua expansão com sabedoria. Boas notícias estão a caminho. Sua força e eficácia aumentam quando você confia em si mesmo  e em sua capacidade de evoluir além dos seus estados e experiências atuais que você tem na vida. Encare estes como oportunidades de aplicar o seu conhecimento e treinamento para fazer do mundo um lugar mais mágico para si mesmo e isto, naturalmente, inclui a todos e tudo o que é.
