Jesus veio libertar-TE dessas amarras culturais, pois uma cultura deve ser progressiva, descobrindo sempre novas e mais relevantes verdades. Como vive num mundo evolucionário, a verdade é bastante relativa, pois baseia-se em interpretações geracionais. No entanto, a verdade absoluta reside dentro de si, na presença do seu divino Morador Interno. Ele ofereceu-se para o guiar de dentro. Não seja nem espiritualmente cego nem espiritualmente surdo, pois foi concebido para ser um cocriador e também um espírito livre e alegre.”

“The spiritually blind individual who logically follows scientific dictation, social usage, and religious dogma stands in grave danger of sacrificing his moral freedom and losing his spiritual liberty. Such a soul is destined to become an intellectual parrot, a social automaton, and a slave to religious authority.” [LU, 132:2.4]
 
Thought Adjuster: “Jesus made this statement during his private ministry while discoursing about good and evil. It caused you to pause, as it provides an innovative perspective on the ins and outs of spiritual blindness.
 
Put in other words, a spiritually blind individual is someone who refuses to see because he wears metaphoric blinders that greatly impair his God-given ability to think independently and arrive at his own logical conclusion.
 
Scientists are not all-knowing. They ask questions, conduct experiments, and arrive at conclusions—not necessarily foolproof. Many of their theories are subject to revisions as new clues come to the fore.
 
Social usage is another great impediment, as traditions originate in the obsolete past—a time when fear and superstitions were frequently their natal environment. Even Christianity was paganized when its leaders compromised with its message in order to render it more palatable to tradition-bound souls. “But paganized and socialized Christianity stands in need of new contact with the uncompromised teachings of Jesus; it languishes for lack of a new vision of the Master’s life on earth. A new and fuller revelation of the religion of Jesus is destined to conquer an empire of materialistic secularism and to overthrow a world sway of mechanistic naturalism.” [UB, 195:9.2]
 
Jesus came to liberate YOU from such cultural bondages, as a culture should be progressive, always uncovering new and more relevant truths. Because you live in an evolutionary world, truth is quite relative, as it stands on the foundation of generational interpretations. Yet, absolute truth resides within you in the presence of your divine Indweller. He volunteered to guide you from within. Be neither spiritually blind nor spiritually deaf, as you were conceived to be a co-creator as well as a joyful free spirit.”

Ajustador do Pensamento: “Querida criança, enquanto te esforças por ouvir a Minha Voz, entrou-te na mente o pensamento de que o Pai certamente não queria que este processo fosse uma provação para os seus filhos humanos. Jesus compreendeu a sua simplicidade: “Pede e receberás!”
 
Deve iniciá-lo pedindo devido à soberania da sua prerrogativa de livre arbítrio. Pedir é uma escolha pessoal, enquanto receber envolve-o a si e ao Divino. Vamos olhar para isto de uma perspetiva diferente. O que impede o recebimento?
 
O primeiro impedimento é a incredulidade humana; alguns dos factores que contribuíram para esta descrença foram transmitidos de geração em geração por porta-vozes religiosos que se auto-proclamavam intermediários destas comunicações subliminares. Uma observação legítima é o quão pouco muitos deles contribuíram para a iluminação espiritual global e para a paz mundial.
 
Por outro lado, um homem, Jesus de Nazaré, demonstrou sozinho, durante a sua curta vida, a realidade da sincera comunhão humana/divina. Ele pediu e recebeu, dando assim um verdadeiro testemunho: “O Pai está em mim e Eu estou no Pai”. Tal vínculo era REAL — tanto com a sua Contraparte celestial como consigo mesmo.
 
A sua fé inabalável no seu divino Morador Interno é, portanto, um pré-requisito para este processo. É a expressão desse espírito empreendedor que o fará ter sucesso. Além disso, como deseja ter um relacionamento pessoal com o Espírito, precisa de o tornar pessoal: é entre si e Ele — sem intermediários. De que outra forma poderia experimentar o amor do Pai por SI? Mesmo que tenha dificuldade em ouvir a Sua Voz suave e calma nesta fase da sua experiência espiritual, ao sentar-se regularmente na Quietude, tenha a certeza de que será infundido com o Seu amor sempre fluido, pois ele é parte integrante da Sua mensagem para si — um fluxo divino de energia que não precisa de palavras para ser expresso. É REAL e EXPERIENCIAL se lhe dedicar tempo.
 
Tenha em mente que o Pai pode apanhá-lo desprevenido. Pode ser que quando menos espera, a Sua mensagem o atinja como um raio. A resposta às suas perguntas chegará no momento divino certo, para que não haja qualquer possibilidade de perder estes momentos alegres e esclarecedores.
 
“Dormir a pensar nisso” é um conselho pertinente, pois é um estado relaxado quando a sua mente se desliga das suas preocupações mundanas — uma grande oportunidade para o Espírito intervir e plantar as suas sementes inspiradoras. Mais uma vez, lembre-se que a paciência e a confiança são pré-requisitos para a sua evolução espiritual.
 
Para resumir: escolha perguntar, confie no processo e mantenha-se proativo.”
