Visualization is a powerful technique that allows you to use quantum energy to promote healing and regeneration of the body. Through visualization, you can positively influence your physical and emotional state.
 
Concept of Visualization.
 
Visualization is creating clear and vivid mental images of what you want to achieve. Imagine that the water you drink is cleansing your body, reaching all the organs and removing impurities. Add the code “my body starts the complete cleansing process” and send it to your brain, so that it cooperates with what is said, instantly manifesting what you have requested.
 
Quantum Physics and Visualization.
 
According to the principles of quantum physics, everything in the universe is composed of energy and vibrations. The human mind has the ability to influence these vibrations through thought and visualization. When you visualize your body cleansing, you are sending energy signals that can transform physical reality.
 
Quantum physics suggests that there are multiple possibilities and that the observer (you) plays a crucial role in determining the outcome of situations. By visualizing with intention and clarity, you can direct healing energy to the parts of the body that need regeneration.
 
Example of Quantum Visualization with Water Pressure.
 
Choose a moment of tranquility and relaxation, preferably on an empty stomach.
 
Drink a liter and a half of water over a period of 5 minutes.
 
Close your eyes and breathe deeply, inhaling love and light, and exhaling any tension.
 
Visualize the water creating pressure in your body, cleansing the blood and reaching all the organs.
 
Imagine the water gently enveloping the organs, bringing warmth, healing and regeneration.

Stay in this state of meditation for a few minutes, allowing the water and energy to do their work.
 
Finally, go to the bathroom to expel what the body has cleaned or feels it needs to be released through its own methods.
