We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We are very happy and excited to give you this report on the energies of October, as far as we are concerned. We know that you will be receiving a lot of different energies from a lot of different sources, but we can tell you all about the energies that we are offering and the energies we know are also coming from other points within the ninth dimension. The energies of October will be about strengthening your resolve in following the beat of your own drum. 
 
The energies will be about amplifying the intensity of the inner guidance that you are getting. That means an increase in all of your clairs –  clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, claircognizance. It means moving into a time when the nudges that you get from within are harder to ignore. The impulses that you get feel more undeniable. It is a time when you are going to be supported by these energies to let go of what other people think and say you should be doing so that you can increase your awareness of what is happening inside of you in terms of all of that guidance that you do get and that many of you ignore.
 
Now of course, some of you only ignore this guidance some of the time, and there are very few of you who receive that guidance and follow that guidance every single time that you’re getting it, but most people need some energetic boosts in this regard. They need to be given more of the impulses and for those impulses to be stronger. They need more of the nudges and for the nudges to be less subtle. And when you hear a voice or you see an image in your mind’s eye, you will be less likely from this point forward to dismiss it as something that you made up using just your imagination.
 
You are of course getting help and guidance all the time, and the number of sources you have of your own guidance is too big of a number to give you. Many of you have dozens of spirit guides. You have a galactic team that is in somewhere in the range of fifty and a hundred beings. You have ancestors. You have your higher selves. You have oversouls. You have Source Energy. You have faeries and angels and all kinds of helpers around you, including orbs, and they all want you to know how powerful you are, and they all want you to live lives in joy where you feel fulfilled and satisfied with what you are doing.
 
And so, the energies of October are a combination of encouraging you to listen to what you are getting from those sources, and they will also help to amplify the power and the intensity of what you are getting. And so, moving forward, you can be more confident now than ever before that what you are getting is meant for you and is to be followed by you, because we all can see the broader scope of your lives. We can see the bigger picture, and we know what it serves you best to be doing, thinking about, talking about and moving towards, and now the encouragement that you get will be so much more than it has ever been before to move in those directions and to live that life of joy, while also being fulfilled and satisfied in what you are doing.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We are very happy to remind all of you of how far you have come on your journeys. We know that you have all evolved tremendously throughout the course of your lives, and we want to assure you that everyone there on Earth is on a journey of evolving their consciousness. It may seem as though there is no hope for certain members of your family, certain segments of the population, and so on, but in actuality you are there to provide that hope to those who are asleep and to those who are very much seeming to want to stay asleep. You provide the formula; you provide the template. You are the wayshowers, and you are there to demonstrate to others how it is done.
 
Therefore, we want you all to remember that even if you don’t ever write a book, and no one who is asleep ever reads your book, you are still impacting the collective consciousness with what you have been able to do and how you have been able to grow in this lifetime. That being said, many of you have a book in you, many of you have stories to share, and we want to remind you that you don’t have to wait until someone invites you to share that story in order to share it.
 
There are a lot of predictions floating around in the new age that are filled with cataclysmic events, and a lot of you who are awake feel that those predictions make sense because of how asleep a large portion of the population is. However, you can help everyone to awaken there on Earth by holding space for them to do so. When you acknowledge how far you have already come on your journey, you are also showing your faith in those around you who have yet to awaken, because they can move just as quickly, if not more quickly, than you did. You have laid the groundwork for them, and you are sharing your stories. You are opening up in spite of the fact that you don’t know how you are going to be received.
 
It is time for you all to recognize that whatever the state of the world is today from your perspective, the growth experiences that are available to everyone as a result of the state of the world are what you are really there to experience. You didn’t come forth to just get it all right and do it all perfectly the first time. You have come forth many times, for some of you hundreds of times, to get to this place where you are now. And if you can see the path of ascension for all of humanity, then you know that timeline is available to you and to everyone else, and you don’t have to worry about the predictions that are out there that tell you what humanity really needs in order awaken and right the ship so to speak.
 
All you need is to believe in humanity, and that all starts by you believing in yourselves, because you are a representative of humanity and they are a reflection to you. And if you can see yourself getting to that next level and that next level, you do help your fellow humans to do the same. It is important for you to recognize how powerful you are and to hold space powerfully for all of humankind so that you can have the ascension of joy, peace, and love that you all desire.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We have been aware of so many of the struggles that humanity faces, and we have taken a hands-off, non-interference approach, and many of you would ask why. Many of you would ask, ‘Why do the e.t.s not intervene on our behalf? Why are we not protected from the forces that would keep us down, keep us feeling enslaved?’ Well, the truth is you all wanted it this way before you were born onto that planet in this lifetime, whether you know it or not.
 
Now, hear us out. From the human perspective, people living in war-torn countries, experiencing poverty, famine, all kinds of civil unrest, these are all terrible things that no one would ever want. And it is true that they are terrible things, and it is all right for you all to decide that they are terrible things and that you do not want them anymore, and that is one of the purposes that they serve for you. You get to create what you want out of those circumstances that you don’t want.
 
You also get to experience yourselves as the ones who feeds the hungry person, or you get to experience yourselves as the one who gives money to the poor. You get to experience yourselves as the ones who stand up for those who are disenfranchised in some way. People who live in those war-torn countries get to experience themselves as heroes, and many have. And so, for any being or group of beings to come into your environment and say, ‘We will make it all better for you,’ would just be robbing you of those experiences of self that you ultimately want to have as souls, and some of you can even admit want to have as people.
 
This is why non-interference is such an important policy for e.t.s to take. Now, have all e.t.s taken the non-interference policy to heart all the time? Of course, you know the answer to that is no. We can say it is true for us, but we can also say that we were interested in other things, and what we were interested in didn’t involve planet Earth for a very long time.
 
And now we have taken an interest in you, and we know that the way to help you is to teach you, to send you energies, and all kinds of codes and transmissions. And we know that you will take the knowledge that you receive from us and the energies that you download, and you will run with them, and you will get to experience the joy of your own growth. 
 
Many on Earth would like to see thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, or even millions of trials going on to bring the truth to light about those who have been doing the dastardly deeds there on your planet. And perhaps you think we would be the ones to be the judges or the juries in those cases, but that is going about it the very long and very hard way. It is so much easier to forgive, and it is so much faster to see the light, the love, the Divinity within each and every human being no matter what they have done. 
 
It is so much better for you than to lock them all up, and some of you know this, and some of you are doing it, and you are the ones doing that work that some humans want us to do. We are not coming to balance the scales for you, but you can do so much with what is happening inside of you. You can do so much when you realize you’re holding onto resentment, you’re holding onto judgment, you’re condemning those who seem to be responsible for all the problems on your world.
 
And when you let go of all of that heaviness and all that darkness that is within you, then you don’t need to create the idea of villains in your stories anymore. And it just so happens that when enough of you are in that space of forgiveness, that’s when the ships will land. When enough people decide that no one has to be put on trial and no one has to be locked up, that’s when you will open up to your friends and family members who are waiting patiently on their ships in your skies. We are excited for that day to come, and we know that it is coming soon.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We have an enormous amount of compassion for those of you in human form because we know about how many different ways there are for you to experience pain and suffering while in those physical bodies. You do have the capacity to take on so much in a single lifetime because of how powerful you really are, and therefore, if you want to know how powerful you really are, just look at all of the challenges that you have carved out for yourself in this lifetime, and you will start to get an idea.
 
In order to know your power, you must first have something that you need to overcome. And that is why even though you are already masters, you don’t incarnate to live a perfect and beautiful life. You incarnate to run into obstacles, to fall into pitfalls, and to face hurdles that you have to jump over. These are all meant to show you exactly how powerful you really are. Now, during those times when you didn’t feel so powerful, and you wound up in a heap on the floor, crying and not doing very well at all, that’s when you needed the most compassion. We, and the other beings and collectives in the higher realms, are meant to have that compassion for you. And when we feel it, we are fulfilling our missions.
 
When we offer you love and support, we get to understand on an experiential level just how loving and supportive we can be. Therefore, everyone is playing their role perfectly at this time, no matter what is happening. We feel ready now to shift from being the agents of compassion that we truly are to being the ones who help you gain more access to your power. We invite you all to feel into your solar plexus chakras and to breathe into those chakras so that you can feel your power and know your power. And then when you get inspired to take some sort of action, you will take it from your place of power.
 
You are ready to move forward into your lives of mastery now. You have experienced all of the emotions you were meant to experience and faced all the challenges you set up for yourselves. Now is the time for power and mastery, and we know that you are ready. The only question is, do you know? Do you know how ready you are? Do you know how powerful you are? Do you know that you are masters who have come to experience your mastery in the flesh, amidst all the challenges. We will continue to show you and to point you in the direction of your power, because that is another way that we fulfill our purpose and complete our mission here in the ninth dimension.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We are here to introduce to more of yourselves. That is our goal in connecting with you in this way. We are offering you a vibration through the channel here that can stimulate and activate that which is Arcturian within you, if you allow it. When you are in the process of recognizing who you really are, you have to go through certain experiences to convince you that what you have come to believe is actually true. 
 
This is one of those experiences; by receiving this channeling, you are receiving an activation, and by allowing that activation in, you get to recognize yourself more as a multidimensional galactic being of light and love. And of course that’s just the start, because you are universal beings and you are Source Energy Beings, and you are so much more than you had ever allowed yourself to imagine before you woke up in this lifetime. You have awakened also to remember that you are masters. You are there to not only remember your mastery, but also to demonstrate it. 
 
You are there to show others who and what they really are with your example. This is what Yeshua did as well. Yeshua was always meant to be to you an example of who you can be and in fact what you are becoming. Some of you realize this and know that it is your work to become the master that you truly are, to inspire and lead others, and you also know that it is a part of your journey to connect to extra-terrestrial consciousness and to unite the galaxy. It is a very tall order we know, but we will make it easier on you by reminding you that you accomplish all of this simply by living your lives. 
 
By facing the challenges that you have in front of you in your very unique life, you accomplish mastery, unity, and you begin to explore the galaxy. You are mixing it up with other multidimensional galactic beings there on Earth who are in human form, and they play their roles for you perfectly, just as you ask them to. And by working together, by working things out there in the physical, you initiate a ripple effect that brings the entire galaxy together into one harmonious whole. And so, we give you the Arcturian piece, and the Pleiadians you speak to and hear from give you the Pleiadian piece, and so on and so on, and before you know it, you start to feel yourself more as you truly are. 
 
You begin to recognize that you have been to all of these other star systems, to all of these other dimensions, and in fact as a soul you are still there. And when you realize that you are meant to bring all of that together into this now moment, into this physical body, you start to get an idea of just how important and powerful this lifetime is for you and for everyone else. We are so happy to be a part of that journey with you, and we will continue to do our best to assist you in all of the ways that we can, but you are doing the hard work and the heavy lifting there on planet Earth, and we appreciate you immensely just for being there.

The Final Months of 2024 & Start of 2025 - The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council - channeled by daniel scranton
We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
You have surpassed so many of the expectations for where humanity would be at this time in your evolutionary process. Now, you do receive help from those of us who are observing you, but it is what you do with that help that is so impressive. You have moved beyond the need to be seen as better than anyone else to such an extent that you are embracing that truth that everyone is equally a Source Energy Being. Now, of course, we are referring to those of you who are among The Awakened Collective. 
 
But we also want you to recognize that when you see your fellow humans as Source Energy Beings, and you hold them in that space of being equal to you, that then becomes a message that is sent out to the entirety of the human collective consciousness. You are affecting all in your willingness to hold another in the light of the truth of who they really are. 
 
When you receive help from beings and collectives such as ourselves, that help is not primarily to get you more of what you want as an individual, but rather it is the help that you need in order to elevate the consciousness of the collective of which you are a part. You are also included in that collective, however, and so all that you do for humanity you are also doing for yourselves. You are not there to be martyrs, to be selfless. But you are there to include others in your sense of self. You are there to expand your ideas about who and what you really are.
 
And as you expand that concept of self out, and you include others in it, you then begin to think, speak and act with the collective in mind, instead of just thinking that you will get yours, and they can all scrounge and scrape around at the leftovers. Now, that was the prevailing viewpoint that many humans took for quite some time there on Earth, because it was a place where survival wasn’t guaranteed. Now that you are living in a modern society, many are still seeking to live their best lives, but have for a long time not thought about the possibility of not surviving because of a harsh winter or a food shortage.
 
Now, of course, fears have come up in the past several years about food shortages and whether there would be enough energy to power your devices in the winter months, but those fears came up to show you what you were moving past, what you were moving beyond. And so of course those types of reports had to come out. You had to face those fears one last time, and now you have moved beyond your survival instinct, and you can thrive and you can encourage others to thrive in your thriving while also helping them with what they really need, which is to know who they really are and that they really can create what they want and what they need.
 
We see more and more of you in the new age community doing this, and we see and feel the impact that you are having on the rest of humanity. And we want to compliment you on that and let you know that you will continue to make those very big, very positive strides forward as you move into the final months of 2024, and you have every right to be excited about 2025 and what is to come because of you and what you are doing and the perspectives you are holding as The Awakened Collective.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We are very pleased to be back here with you again and to offer you our energy and our teachings. We love to see so many of you reaching beyond yourselves, reaching beyond your egos, and seeking that which is coming from a higher-dimensional plane, a broader consciousness. We especially love it when you are directing that reaching towards us, because then we get to be of service. We get to fulfill our mission. We want you all to know that you are fulfilling your mission just by being there on planet Earth and being awake. Now, that does not mean you will be free from opportunities to help and to serve with actions, with words, with some sort of comfort that you can provide one of your fellow human beings.
 
You will always be given those opportunities, and you will be given the opportunities to help and to serve those who are most likely to respond well to what it is that you have to offer. Therefore, you do humanity another great service by being yourselves. Being right where you are on your path gives you the opportunity to help those who are lagging just a bit behind you on their paths. Therefore, you don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be like Yeshua or Buddha, or anyone else in order to be of service, in order to help those who are most likely to respond well to your energy, to your words, to your assistance. You also need to look at everything as it is in your life right now as being perfect, because your life, in the state that it is currently in, is giving you all the opportunities to grow that you could ever desire. 
 
In facing those challenges, you then have even more with which to help another because you will have faced your own challenges. You are doing this through the living of your lives, and we want you also to recognize that you living your life and being yourself is enough. It is enough of a contribution. However, as we said before, there will be opportunities, and we know that those of you who are receiving this message, who we lovingly refer to as ‘The Awakened Collective’ will answer the call. We know you will. We trust in your level of consciousness to that extent that we know you are ready, and we know that many of you have been looking for those opportunities. 
 
When there are no opportunities around in the moment to be of service, then look at your life and ask yourself if there’s something about your life that you could put some more energy towards, some more attention to, and do it. Because again, once you face a challenge that is right in front of you in your own life, then you have more to give to those who either are facing that challenge, or will face it, or have been refusing to face it in their own lives. Therefore, wherever you are on your journey right now, please know that you are in the perfect place, and you have everything that you need to be of service to others and to be yourselves more wholly and completely, and all you have to do is say, ‘Yes!’ To your life as it is in this moment.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We are always surprised by what you are capable of there on Earth. We have noticed that you have had a spike in your overall vibration as a collective consciousness, and that spike is in fact due to how well you are handling all of the energies coming to you from above and below. When you make substantial progress like this, the extra-terrestrial beings in your skies do take notice. They are looking for those windows of opportunity to have more contact with all of you, and those of you who have been largely responsible for the spike are showing up more clearly on their radar screens. 
 
In other words, they’re going to connect with those of you who are offering a higher vibration first. They do that, not because they’re playing favorites, but because you demonstrate that you can handle higher-frequency energies, and then they know that you can stand face to face with them and handle their energy. You are of course also getting closer and closer to first contact because of this spike, but those of you who are on the leading edge, those of you who are awake, you are the ones leading the way. You are the ones who plant the seeds, and you pave the way for a group event for humanity involving extra-terrestrials. 
 
Now, we know that there are many of you who haven’t had conscious contact yet and who want it, and we suggest that you relax and that you let of attachment to having that experience. Here is why – even if you continue to let go of that which is lower vibrational and access that which is higher vibrational, the principles of manifestation are still relevant here. And so, you cannot be attached to having a face to face with an e.t. if you want to manifest that experience in your reality. You have to let go and live your life at the highest vibration that you possibly can. Again, demonstrate to them your readiness for contact, but also let go of that desire and let the universe and your higher self bring you the experience in the appropriate timing for you.
 
It is okay to be eager and excited for your contact experiences, but if you are attached to them because you want to prove to someone else that they exist, or you want to prove to yourself that you are special enough to receive that contact, then you are only delaying the process, which is inevitable. It is inevitable that you will be standing face to face with e.t.s in this lifetime, but you want to enjoy the journey to that event. You want to relax into it, and you want to allow it to happen in the perfect timing for you as an individual and for humanity as a collective.
 
You can always jump to a different timeline where the timing of  humanity’s contact is sooner, but you can also jump to a different timeline where the timeline for humanity’s contact is later. So live your lives, and be in a state of joy, and don’t make that joy conditional, and you will be on that timeline where this event can happen for you and for the rest of humanity. You are doing so well in so many areas of your consciousness evolution, and while your eagerness and excitement for e.t. contact is beautiful, you also must demonstrate that you can live amongst your fellow humans as one who accepts, loves, and has compassion for each and every one of them. That’s something else the e.t.s in physical form are looking for when they are considering who exactly down there on Earth is ready for physical e.t. contact.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We have been witnessing humanity’s evolution for quite some time now, and we want to tell you that we understand that it is hard for you all to notice it from where you are sitting, but we also would like for you to accept that we can acknowledge your growth and evolution as a human race. We can measure these things. We can feel the tone of your vibration, and we know when you have up-leveled. You will continue to do so, and things like war will become something of your past, a distant memory. But for now, where you are is where you are, and the first step in getting to where you want to be is that acknowledgement and acceptance of where you are. 
 
You must accept that war and poverty and hunger and violence and hatred and racism, are being created by you. That’s a tough first step for an awakened person to make, because there are so many who are saying that someone else is doing it. It’s the government or it’s the cabal. It’s the media’s fault. But when you take ownership of your creation and acknowledge that what you are creating today is much better than it was five hundred years ago, then you can experience the catapulting forward of your consciousness.
 
When you have both in place, you are seeing clearly. You are seeing through the eyes of someone who acknowledges that they are a Source Energy Being and that they are the creator of their reality. It’s good to take credit and it’s good to take responsibility. Now, where you are moving into won’t be a surprise for most of you who are awake. You have already stepped into the galactic age, but you will be knowing yourselves as a part of a galactic community soon enough. 
 
That too will be happening, not because of disclosure, not because ‘they’ can’t hide it from you anymore. It will be coming because of the positive steps forward that you all have made. Now, without getting a very big spiritual ego here, you can take responsibility for being on the leading edge of this consciousness evolution. You can take credit for it. You can know that you have been a part of that driving force that is resulting in humanity’s readiness for this kind of occurrence. 
 
We would like for you to acknowledge yourselves because we know it puts you in a higher-vibrational state and that the higher-vibrational state then serves you in so many ways. You can relax and know that you don’t have to do it all and at the same time acknowledge that you are creating it all because you create with more than just your hands and your tools, with your time, your energy and your effort. 
 
And it is time for all of you who are able to receive this message to recognize that others will be looking up to you and following in your footsteps. There are more mass awakenings coming, and you will be the leaders, the guides, the teachers to those who are newly awake.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
We have been taking our sweet time in delivering to all of you the messages that contain the energies that will propel you into a deeper knowing of who you are. We know how much you can handle in any given moment, and we know the disadvantages to overwhelming you with energies and information, because we have done this before with other people on other planets in other star systems. We know that you are ready for the energies that we deliver to you by measuring how much you have absorbed and by how many of you have felt overwhelmed by us and what we are offering. We also know that you have your own helpers, your own guides, your own galactic teams, and your own relationships to Mother Earth and your sun.
 
You are always encountering new evidence of your Divinity, of your true nature, but it doesn’t always stick. In other words, you don’t always get what is meant for you, and some of it goes over your head. Some of it bounces right off of you, while other bits and pieces just don’t make sense to your logical minds. To maximize your effectiveness as receptors of energy and information, we suggest that you do the following: relax and spend time doing nothing at all, listen to your favorite music, take a bath, get outside, and do what you love, even if what you love is something that you do inside. 
 
You want to give yourselves every possible opportunity to benefit from all the help you are getting, and we find that the two states that match receiving the best are the states of joy and the state of relaxation. You have many different ways of experiencing joy, and that is why we called it ‘the states of joy.’ You have bliss and you have ecstasy, for example. When you are relaxed, you can be a little relaxed or very relaxed, and what is relaxing for one person would be boring for another. You must be able to figure out for yourselves how to get into these states, and it also always serves you to just stop doing and stop thinking. You don’t always have to be accomplishing something or figuring something out in order to have a better life or earn your way into the fifth dimension or Heaven. 
 
Relax and take it easy on yourselves. Put things off that you don’t have to do today, and go easy on yourself for not crossing everything off of your list of things to do. Take regular breaks, and rely on inspiration and spontaneity to put you in the right place at the right time to maximize your effectiveness and the amount of time that you have to devote to certain projects. 
 
Also, remember that help is always on the way, and sometimes that help is physical and other times it’s nonphysical, but if you really want to benefit from all that we are giving you, then follow our advice. We are also speaking for your guides here; we are speaking for your higher selves and all of your helpers when we give you this, because they know what we know, and we are always working with them to reach you in the best possible ways that we can.
