You are a Conduit of information flow, this is just mechanics. You receive and emit information constantly.

As change abounds, your energy field adjusts, a constant pulse.

The flow of the mind and the heart shapes your experience.

Heart and mind unification is core to your evolution. It allows your heart to express in the physical and teaches your mind to feel the moments.

It is perfect in its flaws and flows, calling you to more mental discipline and emotional healing. In this word healing, we speak again of mere movement.

The mind is your mechanism of navigation in the physical realm. We would call it your bodymind to include the subconscious “perception” mechanism.

The bodymind is how you interpret, store and choose your interaction.

Of course, until you bring the subconscious into the conscious, you are reacting instead of feeling the moments.

This is why we have taught embracing all authentic thoughts and emotions, even hatred or rage. For as you embrace it, blessed being aligned with a desire for evolution; you merge the body and mind, allowing the heart of Love to encompass your resonance.

Your heart attunes you to creative potential, for it transduces from sacred to subtle to solid, allowing the energy of timeless to anchor.

The Heart of Matter

To unify the heart and mind, your main work is to entrain the mind to the heart. This allows the larger “container” of the heart to encompass – to navigate within – the physical realm.

Teach the mind to feel the moments. That means relax into an open flow.

Discover. Enthrall. Enjoy. Excite. Embrace. Delight.

Let Go.

Let go of the how and when until the heart feels flow. Amplify the heart’s glow. Let go of the lack of movement.

Open flow can feel emotion and let go.

You are infinite Light in a spectrum of stone.

You house an Internal Sun, timeless and known.

You are the present illuminated, the path Being shone.

Your Internal Sun sounds Triumphant and True. The color of Light in every hue.

Release your tone to Love’s deep Light. What is stone is penetrated beyond eye’s sight.

Light also reflects at night. The grace of blue glow soothes heat to grow.

Stillness directs and feeds Love’s foundation. For woven in spectrums is triple initiation.

You love, you hate, you integrate.

There is never subtraction, only reflection and refraction.

Choose. Direct.

Ignite electric the magnetic state.

Life is renewed and reshaped in your Internal Sun’s fate.

You are the seed, the sown and the mountain grown.

You are the before, the between and Time unknown.

Union is chemistry excited and slown.
