Each human will have moments of ‘I’m not good enough’ and the negative thoughts seem like an endless loop in your head. It may not be easy, but you can redirect them to the positive!
 
The Universe is gently reminding you that you do not need to be perfect. You will have your moments of not-so-good but there are also plenty of “Wow, this is great” moments as well. It all depends on where you choose to focus. 
 
Whenever you feel yourself slipping into the negative… stand up, brush yourself off, take a deep breath and begin moving forward again. 
 
The Universe is there to support you every step of the way.

Some of you may still be feeling the effects of the world being turned upside down.  You may feel a little disconnected, less shiny and not quite yourself.  
 
The Universe is inviting you to quietly find your center again.  It may not happen all at once but, it will happen.  
 
Giving yourself the time and patience you so lovingly bestow upon others is a step in the right direction.  
 
Just take a deep breath…. and begin!

It is challenging to remain patient when you, as an enlightened being, are surrounded by those not yet awake. You may take for granted the fact that not everyone will see the world as you do. 
 
The Universe is gently reminding (and asking) you to be patient. A multitude stands on the precipice of an awakening that will make them question everything they have learned in their lifetime. 
 
Do not push them, dear one. Take a deep breath and realize that they will arrive in their own time and on their own terms. When they do you can look at them, smile and say, “Welcome to it!”

There may be times when your head is spinning and stress begins taking over your existence, it can be challenging to remember you are supported and loved. 
 
When this happens, take a deep breath and relax. The changes taking place are a necessary step in your personal evolution. 
 
Once you consciously understand exactly what is happening, things will become easier and bumps in the road will be a momentary inconvenience. 
 
You are loved supported throughout your journey!

Your Earth is at the beginning of another great shift.  It may not be as dramatic as the previous one but, The Universe is asking that you prepare yourself accordingly.  
 
Many, many changes are forthcoming and will require all the skills you have acquired over the course of your lifetime.  
 
If it begins to feel a little crazy-making, take a deep breath, ask to receive in your highest and best, knowing you are completely safe and lovingly held in the arms of The Universe.
