Dear Ones, resistance is the number one cause of discomfort in your lives.
Resistance is an attempt to fight the flow, to deny where your soul is trying to take you, and to choose constriction over expansion.
So what do you do about it? The first thing you need to do is to identify that you are being resistant. Whenever you are uncomfortable, in fear or doubt, or attempting to control or effort you way through something that is not being energetically supported, you are being resistant. Being aware of how you are feeling is the first step.
Once you have identified that you are indeed trying to navigate your life through a space of resistance, there are many things you can do to shift out of it. Surrender is the most effective tool to move from resistance into movement again. Meditation is helpful to move you back into faith and trust, and the alignment of surrender and acceptance.
Asking your guides and helpers to show the way is also an excellent method to get back in the flow. Giving your fears or worries over to Source, or using an affirmation such as “God is guiding me” is effective because not only does it indicate your intention to move beyond your concern, it is also utilizing the assistance that is always available to you. Gratitude is also a wonderful tool to use, as you cannot resist and appreciate something at the same time.
More and more you will come to understand the profound importance of the element of acceptance as your move forward in the new energies. Realizing there are a myriad of ways to shift out of resistance into acceptance will allow you to navigate and co-create your life with far more mastery, grace and ease than ever before. In fact, we encourage you to experiment and find the methods that work best for you, that bring you relief and you find most enjoyable to use, so you will naturally want to use them when required.

1. Getting Enough Sleep
Sleep is restorative, and if you don’t get enough, your body does not have enough time to heal and catch up with its metabolic housework. While it may seem to be productive to work more and sleep less, this is not a sustainable way to live. Don’t try to get by on 6 hours if you need 8 or 9 hours to get a good night’s rest.
2. Eating well
While there is no shortage of delicious food, this is not exactly what is meant by the phrase, “eating well.” Tasty food— which is often high in salt, sugar, and fats — also throws your metabolism out of balance. These high-calorie, low-nutrient foods don’t give your body the right proportion of macro- and micro-nutrients. As a result, you feel tired after a meal, not replenished and refueled.
Eating well, then, refers to eating foods closer to nature — fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, organic meats, etc. Your body knows what to do with these foods, but it has no idea how to process a common sweetener like high fructose corn syrup.
3. Meditation
Meditation is a broad term. You can just sit in a quiet place relaxing and letting go of intrusive thoughts. It’s like rebooting a computer, which is processing an excessive number of tasks simultaneously.
However, many people find meditation difficult. It’s not because meditation itself is difficult – after all, it’s the art of doing nothing more than breathing, visualizing, or repeating a mantra while sitting perfectly still – but because they are trying too hard to do it right.
In addition, there are many religions that use meditation, which creates quite a bit of confusion about the practice itself. If you’re not a religious person, you feel you’re being hoodwinked into adopting erroneous belief systems.

4. Writing
Writing can be a way of sorting through your ideas to get clarity. It’s useful even if you don’t plan to be a published writer. You can write in your journal about your day or as a way to figure things out.
You can also write what’s called Morning Pages. This idea, introduced by Julia Cameron in The Artists Way helps free up mental and emotional clutter. Cameron explains:
“Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning.”
5. Exercise
Exercise has a direct effect on your mood. By joining a fitness class, you not only get to hang out with like-minded people and engage in a fun activity, but you’ll also build muscle, burn fat, improve flexibility, and stimulate feel-good hormones like serotonin and dopamine.
Thus, it is recommended to work out or do any other kind of physical activity for at least 15-30 minutes a day. Aerobic exercise (for example, jogging) is shown to have a powerful antidepressant effect. 6. Self-affirmation and effort
Our beliefs are like the software that runs our minds. In order to clear erroneous beliefs, we can use another piece of software called self-affirmations.
Happy people consider happiness a lifetime goal, writes leading psychologist Tom G. Stevens in his book ‘You can choose to be happy‘. To do this, we must re-evaluate our beliefs and values, work on our self-control, and be in an environment that encourages positive feelings.

We also speak often of the true incredible unlimited power of your imagination. When you can begin to imagine something you are certainly giving that something your energy, your focus. So be sure that you are giving your energy and your focus to what you really, really want. You see when you focus on what is not working, what you don't want, what you don't have, you are now giving your energy and focus to those very things that you don't want. So use your power with caution.
We have given many suggestions of how you can use your creative imagination for your benefit. In the quietness of your space and the stillness of your mind, breathe gently and consciously. Once you feel yourself calm and ready, begin to imagine a sacred space or create an Alchemist Chamber. Make this space as real as possible; envision the colors, the decor, the size. Is this space elegant or simple? Is this space familiar or new? Where do you imagine this space exists?
Give yourself time to work with this idea. Allow yourself to play with the concept like a new toy. There are many computer games that allow you to play in a reality that is only imaginary.
This is a sacred space in which you can now imagine or create any experience. Remember, there are no limitations here. Our transducer has an entire compound of Alchemist Chambers. She has created a healing chamber for herself. Often when she is falling asleep she will envision herself reclining in this chamber and she invites divine healers to this space to minister to her while she sleeps. She has created a celestial board room and when she is beginning a project she goes to this space in her imagination and calls upon us as well as masters and avatars to support and inspire her actions with this project. She has created a simple cozy room in which she can invite anyone, physical or non-physical, to communicate with her. She uses this space to clear issues with loved ones or share ideas that she could not share in person because of their ego or limited mindset.
She has created a large meeting space and often she will go to that space and imagine that she can call upon other like minded individuals to join her as she does global healing work with sound or prayers. The newest one she has created is a space in which she calls upon the presence of world billionaires and millionaires and invites them to consider donating toward some good on the planet.
Then she watches the news and reads her newspapers to see who heard the invitation and responded with their donation. We affirm again, you are unlimited. Your imagination is one of the most powerful gifts you have. You might even call it a superpower.
Those of you who want to teach, create an Alchemist chamber like a classroom and call on all students who would like to join you as you teach this class. This truly is remote teaching.
We believe you get the idea. We encourage you to expand on this. You want to write a book, by all means create your chamber into which you can go and be inspired to share your ideas. We realize that you have a major political decision to be made, begin to envision the outcome you prefer. The most widely sought after experience in the world is happiness. Some call it love, joy, source, contentment, completion, God, the cure, peace, healing, or nirvana.
Because there will never be a definition expansive enough to describe the power that holds the universe together, or fully explain what set the cosmic mass in motion, the words we choose to express the only thing we really want are irrelevant. Words are symbols of symbols and are indications of our heartfelt desires.
Let’s take a look at the trigger points and what it takes to remember what is already at our core. Happiness must be inherent in who and what we are or the goal would be forever unattainable and always out of reach. Simply put, this means we have blocks that need to be removed to get to the foundation and reality of our essence.
Home Is Where The Heart Is
Getting our ducks in a row and determining what we think we want or need in order to enjoy our trek through this world can be a little daunting at times, so let’s toss out everything that will not last: The entire material world. And focus instead on what will last: Thoughts that are eternal.
Clichés’ aside, everyone yearns for a love affair that takes the cake and moves them to another realm. What seems berserk is finally stumbling upon the ultimate truth that the love we are all seeking is our own and we have it now. There is nothing for us to do, no process to undergo, and our mission is accomplished. The search for love is over.
What Works: The Salve, Healing, Peace
There are three areas that each of us will need to master in our lives if we hope to attain permanent peace. No one would want to have partial happiness, or only a smidgen of joy. This self-evident truth leaves us with nothing but our desire for the entire scope of eternal happiness.
Forgiveness: The attainment of peace of mind will be impossible without this free, fool-proof means to get there. We will simply need to experience it to embrace it in its totality and recognize this is the only thing that will set us free from the agony of defeat and misery of this world. In a word: Practice, practice, practice. Once we recognize how painful grievances are, forgiveness seems like a walk in the park.
Apology: This has to do with solidifying the forgiveness we have strived for and ways to increase it until it has eclipsed everything else in our mind. We are worthy of love. Saying we are sorry for any and all incidents that may have occurred during our interactions with others is a sign of respect from the worthy to the worthy. It demonstrates our earnest desire to share ideas that are true with equals.
Gratitude: Here is what instantaneously happens when forgiveness takes the place of anger and judgment, and apology replaces blame. A heart filled with gratitude understands what has true value and worth, and embraces it wholly without limit. Gratitude transcends all fear thoughts, all scarcity-consciousness, and reinstates the memory of what is true and eternal in our mind.
Gravity – Sharing Reality
Sharing is the result of giving and proves that giving and receiving are one and the same. Like gratitude, sharing is experienced as a means of survival on the deepest level. The hunter/gatherer within each of us draws love and happiness into our being through our willingness to extend or share what holds out value and the promise of eternal life.
The world will teach us that “having” is attained through “getting” and refusing to share. Spirit teaches us the opposite is really true and proves it through the happiness and joy the individual experiences when they willingly give their love and joy to everyone and increase it in their own experience as a result.
Sharing is the catalyst that makes the remembrance of love come full circle in our mind. As we gather our thoughts together and recognize that happiness is joy, then all the temptations of the world – which are temporary – take a back seat to the desire we have for love and peace in our lives – which is eternal.
Sharing our happiness increases our love. The never-ending expansion of peace in our mind and heart overshadows everything else in the human experience by demonstrating that only reality has value because truth lasts forever.
The gravitational pull of love is not a fantasy. The reason we are all so attracted to love is because it is real and is our shared reality. Everything in the world gravitates towards love, and through its unifying force love unites all things.
The Awakening – Love Is All
Step by step we make our journey within to the place where peace resides. When the material world no longer attracts us it is because its lack of value has been clearly seen. What is temporary will never usurp the attraction of eternal happiness.
Through complete forgiveness the thin veil of illusion is lifted. By apologizing for our spiritual impurities we polish our inner shrine, which in turn releases us to full gratitude.
A heart full of gratitude reveals itself as the center of all centers shining within us and all around us. Here is the end we are all seeking as we finally recognize that the beginning and end are one and the same. There has never been any separation from Love, which is our Source.
In the light all truth is known as we accept and recognize that Love is the Answer.
