In 5D New Earth the ascending will be able to maintain much longer states of peace, happiness, and bliss through collective conscious awareness. Meditation will focus solely on positive attributes, and the need for as much sleep will diminish. Illness and physical death will no longer plague them as they have the choice of when and how to leave their physical body.
