After each world war, humanity has taken a few halting steps towards world peace, which in both cases was  subverted.

The League of Nations, after World War I, was like a drowning person hanging onto flotsam. It never survived the storm.

The United Nations, after World War II, succumbed to the Nazi influence, one secretary general and others hailing from the SS and Wehrmacht and the offspring of Nazis starting their own international organizations. The World Economic Forum is a good example.

Now the militaries of the world have joined together to oust the elites from power, as Matthew Ward said, “for once and for all ” (1) – monarchies, presidents and prime ministers, WEF, WHO, NATO, CIA, FBI, FEMA, on and on.

But it’s seldom the commanding general who leads the troops. Generals under them usually do.

General Eisenhower didn’t fight the Second World War. Generals under him did. Similarly on the Russian side: Not Stalin, who, as dictator, could be said to be the commanding general. He didn’t lead the troops.

And similarly here, it isn’t Trump who’ll carry out the rescue and rebalancing of society. It’ll be his commanding generals. I hope they’re used in some way consistent with their talents (keeping the Peter Principle in mind). (2)

I’m fantasizing who I’d ask to join my cabinet if I were President Trump. I’m probably violating the Peter Principle right and left (taking them out of work that shows their brilliance and putting them in a position that really isn’t suitable for them).

If I am, perhaps just hear me enthuse about who is showing up on the national scene.

I’m making Vice-President JD Vance a sort of “caucus leader” over them all. I can’t say how impressed I’ve been listening to him.

I’m peopling my cabinet with Tulsi Gabbard, Candace Owens, Megan Kelly, Elon Musk, Dr. David Martin, Dr. Simone Gold, to name a few. Who else? Merit rules here. We need capable people now, whatever package they come in.

Hmmm…. Would putting Megan Kelly or Tucker Carlson in a cabinet be an example of ignoring the Peter Principle? They’d probably be best at exactly what they’re doing: formerly “conspiracy theory”; now respectable again as “investigative reporting.” How does that equip them to run a department? Hmmm…. Probably doesn’t.

I’m going to have Megan and Tucker keep on keeping government and everyone else honest, which the press has fallen down on for the last seventy years. (3) That’s a better use than administration.

I’m excited about the caliber of people coming forth. The threat of planetary annihilation seems to have galvanized us. What we’re doing with it is downright inspiring. (4)

I heard a rumor that GESARA (5) and the Reval (6) were supposed to go on Sept. 11, 2024 and the cabal – again, as on Sept. 11, 2001 – prevented it. The military are now taking down the threats they identified as a result of that action.

That’s being described as hundreds of financial leaders who were working to prevent GESARA and the Reval.

I believe the Reval has to go before the ten days of broadcasts because, once the broadcasts start, I think, our society will find itself on a roller-coaster ride.  If I planned it, I’d have it before the ride begins.

As to all the chaos, I have to keep reminding myself: The Mother’s Plan is irresistible and her (7) plan is for the return of love to Planet Earth:

Divine Mother: Make no mistake, Sweet One, Love will win because that has been my Plan always. (8)

All of this will work out and, she reassures us, “hatred, greed, control does not get to win.” (9)

Now I’m wishing that someone will bring Tulsi, Candace, Megan, Elon, Tucker, (can’t forget SG Anon) and every other exciting new “influencer” together at a conference so that we can see and hear from what wonderful – bordering on incredible – leadership we have rising to the surface.

I’m quite happy with my imaginary “cabinet.”  It reflects how inspired I am by the words of these people, by their courage and willingness to risk, and by their determination to stop what Candace called “institutional evil.”

“Build a Team so Strong….”

The phrase “Build a team so strong that anyone that sees [it] doesn’t know who the boss is” speaks to the essence of true leadership and the collective power of a unified, harmonious group. At its core, this statement is a call to transcend the traditional hierarchical structures that often define organizations, and instead, foster an environment where leadership is not about title or authority, but about influence, collaboration, and shared purpose.

The True Nature of Leadership

In many conventional settings, leadership is often associated with control, command, and the visible presence of a singular figure who guides the team. However, this perspective can be limiting. True leadership is not about exerting power over others, but about empowering them to find and express their own strengths. A strong team is one where every member is valued, where their unique contributions are recognized, and where the collective intelligence and spirit of the group guide its direction.

When a team is so well-aligned, so deeply connected in purpose and vision, the need for a visible “boss” diminishes. The team’s strength lies in its unity, its shared commitment to the goal, and the mutual respect that flows among its members. Leadership, in this context, becomes a fluid role that any team member can embody, depending on the situation and need. It’s not about one person leading the others, but about everyone leading together, each taking the helm when their particular expertise or insight is required.

The Power of Collective Intelligence

The phrase also hints at the power of collective intelligence—the idea that a group of individuals, when working in harmony, can achieve far more than any single person could. Ego Dissolution and the Essence of Unity

In a society that frequently glorifies the individual—the CEO, the leader, the star performer—this idea invites us to dissolve the ego and to embrace the collective. It’s an acknowledgment that true success is not about standing out, but about standing together.

In such a team, the ego of each member is set aside in favor of the greater good. The focus shifts from individual achievement to collective success, from personal recognition to shared accomplishment. This dissolution of ego allows for a deeper connection between team members, fostering trust, loyalty, and a sense of belonging that is far more powerful than any external reward.

Hermetic Principles and the Collective Consciousness

From a Hermetic perspective, this idea resonates with the principle of Correspondence—“As above, so below; as within, so without.” Just as the universe operates as a unified whole, with every part interconnected and interdependent, so too should a team function. Each member reflects the whole, and the whole reflects each member. There is no need for a singular boss because the collective consciousness of the team governs its actions.

The team becomes a microcosm of a harmonious universe, where every part works in perfect synchrony with the others.

The Invisible Leader

The ultimate goal of building such a team is to create what can be termed as invisible leadership. Here, the leader’s influence is not seen but felt, not spoken but understood. The leader is present in the culture, the values, and the ethos of the team, not in their overt actions or commands. The leader becomes like the air—essential, yet unseen; supportive, yet intangible.

In this way, the team reflects the highest ideals of unity and collaboration. To an outside observer, the team appears as a singular, powerful entity, moving with purpose and precision, without any visible sign of who might be directing them. The leadership is embedded within the very fabric of the team, so seamlessly integrated that it becomes indistinguishable from the team itself.

Conclusion: A Symphony of Unity

In essence, “Build a team so strong that anyone that sees [it] doesn’t know who the boss is” is a profound statement about the nature of leadership, unity, and collective power.
