Greetings! From heart to heart with great love in this moment we speak, I am Kejraj(KayRy).
 
How have you been enjoying the ride?
 
We speak of the ride of your life with the light. With the waves, the ups and downs, the curves, the exhaustion, and yes the bliss.
 
There have been continuous waves of light coming to Earth from the Sun for the past couple of weeks, and each wave is stronger than the previous one. All of this offers humanity a chance for greater expansion, with the energies made available to you on this Spring Equinox of 2025.
 
The experiences vary for each individual, depending on their own level of consciousness and stage of clearing. For some, they may feel very tired, while others feel more energized. The aches and pains can be felt throughout the body. Tingling and vibrations may be felt at the top of your head, tips of your fingers and toes, arms, chest and naval area, and other parts of the body.
 
You may also be having intense dreams, from your past life experiences coming to the surface. At times you may have pleasant dreams, giving you glimpses, in preparation for the future events that await you.
 
All of these symptoms and others you may experience as more blockages are being cleared, and more room is made for the light body, and a higher percentage of your DNA is activated.
 
Take time to be alone, in nature. Exercise, as this will help the body loosen up, and energy will flow easier.
 
You must make changes to your diet if not all ready done so. Drink purified water, eat light food, and take an organic multivitamin daily. Be certain the multivitamin you take contains iodine. This element will protect your body from radiation.
 
These are essential now to keep your body strong and help its adjustment to the higher frequencies.
 
Expect these energy surges to become more powerful in the coming days. Besides you changing and growing, you will see in the outer world as well that much is changing. Much remains to be released from the Collective and Earth’s body as well. You will see this manifest now more than ever.
 
You are all ready seeing big changes in politics, economical, human to animal kingdom, and nature, Earth herself in particular. Mother Earth is adjusting her physical vessel as well. So you may notice more ‘water waves’, volcanoes erupting, shaking of her body here and there, ‘land into to water, water into land’, weather patterns going crazy, and so on.
 
All that is necessary will be done to make this a perfect transition into the Fifth Dimensional reality. And we truly stand on the edge, and ready to uplift into the next realm.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
 
We are so very happy to be with you at this time and to be expressing to you in all the ways that we can. Of course, many of us have left teachings behind there on Earth for you to study and explore, and we can come through channelers like this one here as we are doing right now. And we are very happy to give you the latest teachings.
 
We know that many of you think that all of this is quite complicated, quite complex, and that you need to do x, y, and z in order to activate all of your DNA and have a light body and ascend. Many of you believe you have to raise your Kundalini and chant, or pray, or meditate for a certain number of hours a day. Some of you think that it’s about yoga or being vegan or earthing. You did not come forth into a physical human body to obey a bunch of rules that would then get you to the promised land. You came forth because you are a necessary component of the shift in consciousness, and it is important that you are there.
 
And that means following a rigid bunch of guidelines is only going to get in the way of the guidance that you have coming up within you naturally, easily without effort. You’re getting the guidance, and if you don’t think you are, it’s because you are looking in the wrong places, or you are only looking in one or two specific places. Guidance comes in many different ways, shapes, and forms, and when you get quiet, if you’re not getting any guidance whatsoever, then guess what? What you are doing in that moment is perfect as it is.
 
You don’t always have to be doing, performing, producing. Sometimes your life is about just being, appreciating, and enjoying. And when you let it be that way, the guidance, the inspired idea, the impulse, the intuitive hit will drop in, and it will drop in unexpectedly, perhaps even in a way that you didn’t think was possible. You can get guidance in so many different ways, and the guidance that you are getting in the moment is so much more relevant to you than a list of dos and don’ts that we could have given you thousands of years ago to be printed in books forevermore.
 
We want you to understand that you know who you really are, and therefore, you know that you always are connected to that higher part of you. You always are that higher part of you, and you can feel that as you get quiet, and you go within, and you stop looking outside of yourselves for rules to follow. Of course, it is the mind that overcomplicates things and tells you that you have to wait for a solar flash, and three days of darkness, and a financial collapse, and the end of all artificial intelligence, or some other series of events that must happen in order for you to get to the next level of your consciousness. That is not the case.
 
You are all moving forward gradually, step by step, day by day, and each and every one of you matters. What you do, think, and say matter, and we want you to believe enough in yourselves to let go of what other people are saying you should do or have to do so that you can hear and feel and know the guidance that is coming to you all day every day in some way, shape, or form. Again, if you’re not getting any, then the guidance is what you’re doing is perfect as it is. Don’t worry. Don’t think you’re supposed to be doing something other than this, and relax because more will come, and it will come in the appropriate timing.

In the last few months, from August to November, you have been through huge upgrades in your Light Body and the Human Angel Template in your DNA. You have activated your Holographic transmission abilities and your Time Traveller awareness. Now it is time to rest up a little and just BE the Light of the World.
 
This means YOU ARE the Love and Peace of the New Earth in embodied form.
 
The Heart and the “Vertical Axis” and the necessity of Being Grounded
 
At this time you will need to be fully present in the NOW and aligned with your “Vertical Axis”. This is the alignment between Earth and Heaven within your Human Angel Template that includes all twelve chakras.
 
On the Material level these are the chakras below the Heart Chakra and includes also the Earth Star Chakra and the New Earth Chakra. On the Higher level this includes the chakras above the Heart including the High Heart and the Soul Star Chakra and the Solar and Galactic chakras.
 
When this alignment is active, it is necessary to be grounded and focussed in the NOW so as to keep your balance at all times.
 
Grounding practices can include being in Nature or at the Ocean. Walking in a Forest or a meadow or simply gardening at home. Or spending time with friends and family. Or undertaking simple practices like space clearing and decluttering at home.
 
Holding your Inner Light
 
As you move through December and into 2025, there will be many challenges as the chaos on the lower levels that affect sthe lives of many people. This comes in the form of extreme weather, social conflict and even wars.
 
Beloved Ones, you are here as illumined souls to hold the Light for the Collective Consciousness so that it may manifest within Humanity.
 
You are Light embodied.
 
That Light that you hold within your Heart and Soul can radiate and illuminate and lighten all the dark and heavy spaces in the Global consciousness. It can show many the way home to Higher Consciousness.

WE ARE ONE in Divine Love and Grace
 
What You can Do in the Month of December
 
Dearest Ones, we would suggest that in your daily meditations that you include a GRATITUDE practice, not only for yourself but also for the Planet. Be aware of deep gratitude for your Planetary Home and send it gratitude for the way in which it supports your life : air to breathe, water to drink and food to eat and whatever else you wish to include.
 
We suggest also a daily prayer of BLESSING or a Blessing practice in which you bless all living beings on Earth with Love and Compassion.
 
You can make this a brief prayer/blessing that you do at least 3 times a day, sending Love, Light and Blessings.
 
Beloveds, this is such a powerful practice!
 
And now, we ask that you let this Love, Light and Compassion move into the Collective Consciousness of the Planet, together with Forgiveness and Releasing. As you heal yourselves by becoming aware of trauma and mistaken beliefs, and then forgiving yourself and releasing negative energies, so this can also be achieved in the Collective. As you heal and transform, you empower the deep Collective to heal and transform.
 
You are One.
 
As you Heal you Empower Healing within the Collective.
 
And this is simply done by BEing Who You Are!
 
A Light to the World
