I was sharing with another editor my position on Canada and the United States uniting.

Unity is bound to happen. Ascension itself (1) will see borders fall away.

Let me look at the Ascension theory that supports slowly-growing planetary unity.

I’ve experienced the consciousness states in the line love-bliss-ecstasy.  Apparently, as Archangel Michael tells me, these correspond to the astral planes or dimensions 7, 8-9, and 12. (2)

All I’ve done is experience the states. I haven’t actually “seen” a higher dimension. However, I still believe I can borrow from the astral to make the point I wish to make here.

Are there borders in the astral world?

There are no borders in the astral world that I’m aware of. Each plane of existence fades slowly into the other. (3)

It’s much like the radio. Turn the dial and where the frequency wave is strongest, we say that’s “the channel.”  As we turn the dial more, the channel disappears again, gradually rather than suddenly.

It’s exactly the same in the astral or higher-dimensional world. As we go from one plane to another, the scenery and atmosphere gradually change.

There are no national borders there. Looking at only the Higher Summerlands for a moment, many members of national and ethnic groups prefer to live together. The same with many religious groups. There are even those who deem themselves the elect of God and live within a cordoned-off enclave. (4) Their personal choices are honored, without there being borders.

Coming back to the here and now, as our vibrations rise with the greatly-increasing lovelight that’s hitting the Earth from the star fleets above us, other civilizations, other dimensions, and ultimately the Divine Mother, (5) the love we’ll then experience – the X Factor in everything – will make borders seem ridiculous.  Borders will die on their own.

What we can do to speed borders on their way?

What we can do to speed borders on their way is become friendly again to love, as we made ourselves out to be in the early 1950s. (Pretend that we can forget about Korea and everywhere else in the world we were exploiting.)

The problem with the 1950s was that they were not built on love, but on unfulfilled desire. After a Depression followed by a world war, people wanted cars and houses, washing machines and televisions. This was the “American Dream.” It was only somewhat about love; the rest was the good life!

Now it’s time to throw down the gauntlet. Today we need a reminder that it has always been about love and tattooing our bodies and wearing our hair in a strange manner is not going to change that.

It’s time for us now to welcome love back into our lives. As Michael told me a long time ago now, don’t go to places where love is not. (6)

If we want to turn a huge transport ship like Earth around, it takes rock-hard commitment at the top, much as we see President Trump showing.  He’s not going to do everything we think is right, but he and his team will bring the ship home without genocide and servitude.

Unity is a foregone conclusion

But coming back to the original question, I see unity as a foregone conclusion. However, I’d prefer not to consummate that union in the middle of a war. Fighting a war is always a first priority: Survival comes first. The needs of a new union would probably be expected to come second.

Let’s dethrone the dark first and then talk about union. We don’t announce the Reval while the cabal is still in power. Let’s not be thinking about such an important topic as two countries uniting when we’re in a time of global threat and mass murder. (7)

We need to thoroughly satisfy all contracting parties (for Canada: French, English, Native, and Multicultural). We need to leave absolutely no residue to fester and cause heartache down the line. (8)

G/NESARA (9) will relieve all survival concerns and make discussing this topic much easier.

I think US/Canada union is inevitable. Let’s say we’re engaged. And the marriage would take place when we’re back from the war, after we’ve had a chance to discuss it. That about reflects where I’m at personally as a Canadian.

The Mother is the source of the Trimurthy, the gunas, and Aum.

Have you ever wondered how the Mother’s lovelight energy comes down to us? What channels it goes through? Does it  come to us directly? Indirectly? What other beings are involved?

We examine here how the Mother sends her commands and energy down through the angelic realms to us.  Then, how it’s working to cause our Ascension.

How do the Mother’s energy and commands reach us?

We have two examples she’s given us. One is a general answer and the second is relative to enlightenment, which we discover is the purpose of life.

In General

Divine Mother: Normally, [Light] would come from me to my realms, to the dominions, to the seraphim, to the archangels, etc., to the masters, to your guardians, and then to you. But that is why each of you is shining like a star with many facets. You are being bombarded by all of us. You see, there is no shortage of what I have to share. (1)

Enlightenment in Particular

Archangel Michael: The angels, particularly what you think of as the second and third spheres, but particularly the archangels, the angels, and the virtues, actually, play a great role in bringing that enlightenment that you asked for, that you seek, that you open your heart to receive, and acknowledge what is already within you.

So what we do is in many ways we blow on the flame until it becomes an inferno. And their breath is the breath of wisdom and love and joy and sweetness.

But do not ever make the incorrect thinking, thinking that you do not have the essential element to bring enlightenment forward, because you do. You always have. (2)

What is the impact of the Ascension energy the Mother is directly sending us?

Divine Mother: Sweet angels of mine, my legion of light, my angels of love, you are in the middle of the Transition. You are in the middle of the Shift. You are riding the waves of love that the Father and I are sending directly into your heart, through the portal of your heart, through the Ascension portal of the planet.

And from there it is diffusing into each of your chakras, into your body, into your brain and yes there is also energy being sent directly through your crown chakra. It is activating not only your pineal, your hypothalamus, your pituitary; it is activating portions of your hemisphere that have never been activated in the human race. (3)

In this Ascension – A Change of Plan

Steve: Could we take this instance of a change in the Plan from Ascension out of the body, Ascension beyond the body, to Ascension with the body, could we take that instance and could you trace it down from yourself through the various levels to us? Can you indicate the various channels you send it down through? We hear terms like “the highest Universal Council,” or we hear terms like “the Elohim.” How did this thought or command come down from God to us?

Divine Mother: This command, yes, of course. Now think of it as rays of the sun. Sometimes you will look at the sun and you will see beams of sunlight. And so the command, as you have put it, has gone, yes, to the Company of Heaven, to the Elohim, to the Seraphim, to the Cherubim, to every level, through the Council, through many of the Councils. But that beam, that central beam, has also come directly from our heart to you. And that is a unique aspect of this Ascension.

Steve: All right. And when this beam comes out and comes to the Elohim and then the Seraphim, how are they aware of it? It’s not like they receive a letter from God. How does it show up for them? How does it manifest for them?

DM: The closest way that you can conceive of how, for example, the Elohim would receive it, it would be as an instantaneous energy transmission into them that would be an expansion — even though they have always known, because it is part of the plan and they are aware of it — but it would trigger, “All right, now it is time for us also to be beaming.” So that it is not just the direct beam; they start to work with the various levels down to the human collective to also implement this aspect of the plan in what you think of as your now.

DM: It goes to following, listening, trusting, holding love in your heart. And yes, with the totality of your being, not just with a portion of your being. It’s time for you to all work with the totality of your being, and discerning, not judging, ever, whether something is a whim or truly an inspiration. …

And how you know is this feeling of, “Ah!” expansion, of this urge that is driven and uncontrollable, because you know it is part of your joy. And if it does not feel like joy, then it is simply a random human thought. So turn away from it and allow that alignment with you and with All to truly fill you. (4)

In this Ascension – For  an Increase in Energy

Archangel Michael: There is a new energy – can we call it a tertiary wave, though it is more than that – that comes to the planet directly from the heart of the Mother. And yes, we are her delivery agents.

Now, throughout the universe, we work with what you think of as creative chaos, to call in all the energy at our disposal. And this is what we have done, directly from the Mother/Father One, to the archangels, to the seraphim, to the angelic realm, to your star brothers and sisters, the entire Company of Heaven.

Everybody has been sending the higher vibrations, the higher frequencies to the planet and to each and every one of you. (5)

DM: Now I have one more thing to say: I am reinvigorating, I am reactivating and I am bringing forth my Tsunami of Love. It has been the beginning and it is the end. No, not the end of life or civilisation or existence, but think of it as an opening bracket and a closing bracket, and in between you have had, of course, many of my waves – it never stopped – of my Tsunami of Love, penetrating each and every particle of your being.

Then the masters and my archangels and all the legions have added their energy to you, and then your Star brothers and sisters have added their Porlana C [galactic form of energy] to you. And now I am telling you I am reactivating the Tsunami of Love to wash away and complete what we have begun together – not to end anything, but it is a new chapter of existence! So think of it as the rinse-off, and I am rinsing you and immersing you and buoying you up with my love.

I have given you my most precious gifts: clarity and purity, grace, wonder and awe, and in that clarity, in that purity, in grace, you step forward in tangibility to bring forth the fulfilment of my dream.

So I declare: I am helping you. (6)

Intro to Repost 2

This is my third time posting this article because the subject is so germane, so important.

How many people know how to love themselves? A hand over there. One over there.

And yet it’s one of the most important subjects I can think of. But let me write an accompanying article – a part 2, for tomorrow – and go into the subject in more detail.

Intro to Repost 1

I was about to write the article that follows, when I saw that I’d already written it. And written it in almost the same way I was going to write it again.

Great minds think alike. Take both of mine. Please.

I’m posting it again because I consider the most urgent problem we as individuals and lightworkers face today, amidst all the chaos, is now and will always be to love ourselves.

As lightworkers, in my view, we’re here to love as we do our specific assignments. I know for myself that I’m in no condition to love others until I feel filled enough with love myself – I’m talking about real love; not what passed for it in the Third Dimension.

Sending love when I’m not “feeling it” would be like a water main that isn’t working properly and is giving only a trickle. So it’s a prerequisite, in my books, for lightworkers to know at least one way of loving ourselves, whether doing the exercise has ignited the fire yet or not.

Thus, actually knowing how to love ourselves – something I never knew or would have guessed until shown (1) – is for me of the highest priority.

What Does It Mean to Love Yourself?

And I’m at the back of the class, waving my hand in the air. “Ask me, teach. Ask me.”

May I? Thanks, Digger.

For me, it means something very particular.

Before I knew what love was (prior to a heart opening on March 13, 2015), if you’d have said to me, love yourself, I’d have been stumped.

I’d wonder if loving myself required doing anything. I’d approach it very logically, like preparing for summer camp. I’d make a list of things I need to do to love myself.

Change my diet. Exercise. Get more sleep.

Does loving myself require effort, push, shove, and so on? Does it require commitment? On and on I’d go, eliminating one thing after another.

Looking back, I now see that everything I was doing was only having the effect of tiring me out until I gave them all up. By then, I’d forgotten why I was doing them. (Does this process sound familiar?)

On March 13, 2015, my heart burst open, and I actually found myself immersed in a tsunami of love, to use Linda Dillon’s term. (3) OMG. THIS is what all the saints are praising.  THIS is what they’re giving up everything for.

Fast forward to the present: Even if my heart door is open much less now compared to 2015, I can still experience the love flowing up from my heart when I breathe it up.

Stop the camera.

Love flows.  (4) And the most convenient place for us to tap into its copious flow is through the door of the heart (the hridayam). On the other side, which is higher-dimensional, love flows in a river and that river itself flows to the sea – the Ocean of Love (7th Dimensional), which I’ve also been gifted to experience. (5)

OK, roll the camera again.

I can take that love from my heart and swish it around my body and my field of awareness. Doing that has me feel tremendously revived.

I don’t want to exaggerate. I’m not somehow “saved” or “redeemed” (i.e., ascended);  (6) just perceptibly restored and uplifted.

I maintain that this very process is what’s being invited when the sages say “love yourself.” Draw the love up from your own heart with your inbreath and wash yourself with it on your outbreath. I believe Mary Magdalene is offering a version of this here:

“Do you realize that this tool of Love can be wielded with utter power and abandon [Steve: on yourself], knowing that with every swipe of it, you become more whole, more entrenched in your divine nature — more whole within all your aspects, and more capable of absorbing and integrating all parts and aspects of you, multidimensionally, as well as with all aspects of Christ Consciousness/God Consciousness?” (7)

Whoa, boy! Sign me up!

But we have to actually do what she recommends.

Of course your “divine nature” is pure and innocent already.

“More whole” for me means that purity and innocence is more revealed, more uncovered, more freed from our overburden – our vasanas or core issues. (8)

Baptize yourself with this love: This is the real River Jordan.

Imagine doing this with yourself. At first you may get nothing, but each time you do it you’re priming the pump.

How do we, how can we love our selves?

If we don’t love ourselves … and I don’t mean intellectually … “oh yah, I love myself” … I mean actually giving ourselves tangible, high-quality love, then it limits how much of ourselves we have to give to others.

“High-quality” seems like a better term than “higher-dimensional.” The love we’ll be in after Ascension will probably be seventh-dimensional. It’s a love that will change our lives, knock our socks off, blow our hair back, even when we don’t feel it, but just remember it.

Let’s pretend that I can buy a block of love as I can a block of butter. Since it’s beyond value, we just simply give it.

But the grocer says to us, I have no butter today. I have only margerine made from canola oil and it’s a week old. “Eeee-yuk!”

That is lower-quality love, like the kind we experience in this dense 3/4D layer of reality (I think 3D is the densest for beings in form).

Whatever love we feel in our present surroundings bears only a distant resemblance to higher-quality love, like an economy car to a Mazzerati.

This love, according to Michael, (1) is seventh dimensional.  It revolutionizes our life in a moment – the moment the heart door (hridayam) opens and the tsunami of love hits us, it alters our lives forever. (2)

Although all experiences short of Ascension pass, this one culminates in another passing experience of being a point of Light in an Ocean of Love.

I could not let go of my individuation. I did not become the Ocean of Light – the end of all existence. If I did, I would not be here to tell of it.

And my job is to be here and tell of it.

But that’s what awaits us. It just occurred to me that this experience, being Seventh Dimensional, was Ascension. Michael kept telling me I was already ascended and I did not believe him. But of course, it now makes sense.

Back to how to love oneself.

We’re following a process now. I have to go back a bit and pick up the thread.

In my own heart opening on March 15, 2025, after an immense explosion which must have cleared my remaining obstacles, I found myself in the tsunami of love I earlier mentioned.

The heart turns out to be an interdimensional portal. Triggered by the kundalini reaching the fourth chakra, the heart door opens.

The fourth chakra acts like a light switch only it opens the door of the spiritual heart rather than turning on a light.  (It’s the “open sesame.”)

It’s also by the way where the Self, the Atman, the Pearl of great price “resides.” More on that another time. (3)

A river of love blew through me, without it having any perceptible mass. It took with it every care and concern I had, every agenda and promise, every bit of identity…. Everything was swept away leaving me clean.

Stop the camera. Let’s now cut to me years later. My heart has … ehnnnn … more or less closed. But it’s open enough that I have the ability to draw that wonderful, nourishing love up from my heart and do things with it.

I draw it up on my in-breath, and put it to work on the pause, and then breathe it out to (the world, the one I love, a friend).  First I’ll explain more about how that works to love myself and then let me cite Michael on this very matter.

On the pause I briefly borrow the love and swirl it around my field of awareness. I paint everything with it. I throw it around, as Mary Magdalene once said, with wild abandon) and then I send it on to its destination.

I submit that that is the most useful interpretation I know to the term “love yourself.” I do know it works for me.

OK, now over to Michael, to give my experience some archangelic back-up.

First of all, love must flow, Michael tells us. To experience it, it must flow through us.

Archangel Michael: Love is the energy of the universe. It is the energy of the Mother. And it moves constantly, continually, eternally, infinitely. So, to have an experience of love, it [must move] through you.  (4) [My emphasis.]

AAM: Love is a fluid energy. It has need to flow and so when it does not flow it becomes… Well, as you put it, it be can become dry and brittle. It has need to be given and received above, below, within, without and in every which way. (5)

Without you and me, love would return to Original Stillness, the One, the Arcturian Group tell us. It must flow.

Without individualized Divine Consciousness love would not exist because love is the energy of Divine Consciousness infinitely present, flowing, and connecting all ITs expressions. (6)

So, to return to our original question, for me “loving yourself” has a very specific meaning. It points to a tangible action and result.

This is how we love ourselves: We breathe love up from our hearts, swirl it around ourselves during the pause, and breathe it out to the world on the outbreath.

This instantly revives me. It may take a while for it to cause the heart door to blow open (or gently open) if it’s presently closed as it is for almost everyone.

But, believe me, I can think of nothing in life that’s more worthwhile than priming the pump with this exercise or another like it and seeing the heart open and an infinite and supremely-satisfying love flow.

I saw the Self, the Atman, the Pearl of great price in the deepest part of the heart on Sept. 18, 2018. However my experience was moderated. The Divine Mother said that, if it was not, I’d have gone off to the Himalayas to finish the job.
