A gentle reminder; during this time of shifting, it is so very important to remember self-care!  As you begin this great time of change and re-balancing, pay attention to what is going on in your physical and emotional bodies.  
 
A great many things will be coming to the surface to be cleared so you can take on as much learning as possible.  
 
Dear one, this is not something that should be stopped, stifled or shoved down deep.  Move yourself to a safe space and let it happen!  Once it is out, it will be gone and there will be no need to bring up things from the past again.  
 
What may be challenging at first will eventually become one of the most beautiful and meaningful experiences of your entire existence.

There you are, living your life then you stop, look around and say, “Wait! What the…?! I think, I know I have been here before! What is going on?”
 
Sometimes, The Universe will ask you to start a learning experience from the very beginning… again. 
 
This is not to punish or torture you, it is simply a reminder for you to slow down, look around and see things you may not have the first time. 
 
Rather than bemoaning the fact that you appear to be right back where you started, use it as an opportunity to expand your awareness and practice a bit more compassion. 
 
There is always room for more knowledge, wisdom and unconditional love!

As another shift heads your way, do your best to integrate the information you have recently received and realign.  For some this may be a very challenging task.

A gentle reminder…
 
Those around you are going to think what they think, do what they do and will keep their dearest and/or most devastating thoughts to themselves until they feel safe enough to express. 
 
The most obvious and the most missed key to all of it; there is nothing you, as an individual, can do to change it for them. It is a part of supporting those you care for most while they walk their own path in their own way. 
 
That, dearest child, is Unconditional Love.

The Universe would like to remind you…
 
Amidst the chaos, there is beauty
 
In the middle of pain, joy can be found
 
In the cacophony of unrest, peace is there
 
Each of you has a choice on where to place your focus. This does not mean ignoring a negative situation or emotion. 
 
It does mean that turning your attention toward the positive, sending unconditional love and knowing things can (and often will) change creates a vibrational amplification of what you want to experience, giving yourself and others the opportunity to learn and grow
