Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
 
We are watching over all of you because we want to spread our love and light to you, and because we enjoy watching you grow. It is important for you all to know that you are watched over by so many, because of the interest in the exciting times that you have upon you there on planet Earth. You are seen as the ones who are the most adventurous in the entire universe, and that is bound to get you quite a bit of attention and quite a bit of help from above. You don’t have to take anything that you are experiencing there seriously, however. Knowing that you are playing a game and that it is a simulation should help you to relax a little bit more about what’s going on in your lives and in the entire world. But if your game needs a villain, and you are determined to find out who the villains are, then yes, you will take all of this much too seriously.
 
Now of course you have those on planet Earth who have agreed to play the role of villain for you, but they truly are your best friends. They are the ones who are willing to take the karmic hit that is required of them to be the villain in your story. They are the ones who have agreed to experience the furthest space that they can from the knowing of who they really are as Source Energy, and that is a very unpleasant place to be in. In that sense, they are the true heroes because they have agreed to play the game with you and to go so far into the cold in order to play their part in the grand story that is the evolution of consciousness there on planet Earth. Now, all of you look up to us who have had the pleasure of playing the role of ascended master to all of you, and it is easy for you to see us as the heroes.
 
But we look at you who are playing the roles that you are playing, and the villains who are playing the roles that they are playing, as the true heroes in the story of humanity’s ascension. Now, you may have noticed that we didn’t say what role you are playing there, and that is because you are deciding what that role is in every moment. You can be the helper, the healer, the guide, and the experiencer, or you can see yourselves of the victims of those who have all the power. It is up to you, and sometimes you see those who have all the power as the other people who are in your lives, who are playing the roles of your family members.
 
And so, you do take back all of your power when you see that the game and the simulation are your creation, and you do have the ability to shift within yourselves at any time and to feel the power of who you really are welling up inside of you at any time. But in order to do so, you have got to admit that love is the answer, and you have got to be willing to explore the love that is inside of you, even if no one out there is showing a willingness to love you. And that is one of the many ways in which you all have set up a very challenging game indeed for yourselves.
 
And so we relish the role of the ones who got to show you the way to be love in a world that wasn’t always so receptive to us and to our teachings. We will continue to show you that the love within you is all you need, and we will do so through these messages and by projecting more of our love upon you at all times. We didn’t stop loving humanity when we ascended to the twelfth dimension, but rather, we just got more access to the love that we truly are. And you can access more of the love that you truly are when you agree that the way to do so is to rise up and to know yourselves more as you truly are, more as the infinite love, the unconditional love of the one Source from which we all were birthed.

We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of #26 of The Gabriel Messages to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives.
 
This message from Archangel Gabriel packs powerful support about the concept of grounding, and how to use it to change your consciousness.
 
Ground any excess energy such as fear, anxiety or anger into the Earth, then bring an open heart into the present moment.
 
Until late 1988 I was not even aware of the concept of grounding. If anyone had brought it to my attention, I would have asked, "Why?" My life was focused in the upper realms of the Divine, and the Earth held very little interest. That is until something bothered me, and then my emotions would engage and I would become very upset at the way my life on Earth was appearing in that moment.
 
When my mentor suggested the need to ground my thoughts and emotional states, it became clear that I really never felt safe to be in my body. This was a revelation of sorts. I had never felt "at home" on the planet.
 
Like the story of the Mistaken Zygote in Women Who Run with the Wolves, I was sure there had been some mistake and I had landed here by accident. At the very least, I did not believe that my Soul had planned that this Earth, with all its darkness and challenges, was the one I volunteered to incarnate into.
 
Still, I paid attention to the advice I was given and began to do Safety Affirmations: It's safe to be on the planet. It's safe to be who I truly am. It's safe to live in my Truth. Those helped tremendously, but it was not until I started to incorporate the grounding process into my daily spiritual practice, that life began to change more dramatically.

I found that the process of grounding the excess energy I was experiencing brought me immediate relief from the anxiety-producing sensation of having my finger in an electrical socket. I also noticed that I could feel nurturing energy running up my legs from the Earth, and the base of my spine felt more free and open. The most surprising thing I discovered was that the more I embodied my spiritual life in my physical body, the happier I became.
 
Two side benefits also occurred that I was not expecting. One is that my body has a natural wisdom that can really assist my process in the world and alert me when I need to pay attention. For most people that will seem obvious, but for many energetically-sensitive souls, it has been too painful to fully inhabit our physical bodies. This left my personality and small physical being to take care of the task of life, which she was woefully unprepared to do.
 
The second thing that helped me love this process was learning that when I am grounded in my body, my heart immediately feels more open and I am more at peace inside.
 
There are some that say we should not ground our negative energy into the Earth, that she has enough problems already. My experience, however, is that the Mother of the Earth does not judge our energy as negative or positive. It is just "energy," and as such has great value. When we confer energy onto the planet, we are blessing her. This is especially true if it is our intention.
 
In 1990 Archangel Gabriel gave me an alignment exercise for bringing Divine Light through every chakra to ground in the earth. For many years I have used this Golden Pillar of Light, from my connection to Source energy above the head flowing down below the feet, in a powerfully whole visualization that demonstrates our attributes as a Blended Being working as a bridge from Heaven to Earth.
 
Once we have an intention to ground any excess energy we are experiencing, something as simple as slowing down our breath and placing our hands on our heart will bring us back into our body awareness, where we can be more resourceful in dealing with life.
 
Grounding allows us to integrate the new frequencies and learn powerful ways to stay connected to Source energy in every area of our lives. The intensity of the Light frequencies we are all experiencing, as well as all that is transpiring on Earth, is having an impact on our nervous systems. We need to be able to detach from the high level of emotional upheaval that is all around us and be more present in our bodies in order to feel more peaceful.
 
We are here to spiritualize our lives so there is no separation between our heart and mind. This allows us to bring spirituality more profoundly into our work and into our relationships. When you ground any excess energy that is causing you to feel anxious or over-emotional, you can come back very quickly into your heart. The resourcefulness that you create will be able to establish a deeper place of Peace and Harmony within you that is incredibly practical.
 
Most of the people reading this information have chosen to be in this life to bring a deeper connection to the realms of divinity and blend those aspects of Self into the fullness of their humanity. With every choice we make to bring Spirit into matter and be present with the wisdom of the Earth, we are affecting the world around us in beautiful ways. Each person grounding their deeply spiritual intention for life affects hundreds of thousands of people.
 
Finally I have realized that it is to introduce ways of living in the Spirit while being in a physical body that I believe my Soul planned for me to do here on Earth. We are all recognizing that our hearts hold the key connection to being able to create the world we want to live in, have Beauty and Well-being active within and around us, and to be deeply fulfilled and happy.
 
When we are fully grounding our spiritual connection into our physical bodies, we become a powerful force for Love on the planet. From that place, miracles occur naturally.
 
 

Divine Presence,

 

Thank you for blessing me with a physical body in order to fulfill my soul’s purpose. With every breath I take, may I bring more of my divinity into my human form to anchor Heaven on the Earth for all beings.

 

With every step I take, may I bring more nourishment into my physical body so I may be a blended human and radiate Well-being through me into the world. May all find resonance with their most Divine Selves and ground that aspect into the Earth for the awakening of all humanity. And so it is.

Ground any excess energy such as fear, anxiety or anger into the Earth, then bring an open heart into the present situation.
 
Dear One,
 
Grounding excess energy means being aware that any time you are feeling anxious, angry, fearful or over-excited, you are experiencing excess energy in your body, which can be consciously redirected. This energy is very potent and can be used in a constructive way.
 
A metaphor might be useful. In electrical terms, it is necessary to have something called the "ground." For instance, in a house there is a grounding wire which connects to the earth so electricity flows in the proper circuits.
 
It is similar with your body. You are receiving energy from the Divine Source at all times. There are perfect channels in your body for the energy to flow through. If you are not grounded, that is, if you are so caught up in your mental activity that you are not consciously aware of your connection to the earth, this energy can flow into channels that may feel uncomfortable. It can then circulate through your nervous system, over-stimulating your mind and causing anxiety and other mental imbalances. When you notice yourself feeling upset and anxious, it is very helpful to remember that you have feet as well as a head.
 
Practice:
 
Your feet are in touch with the earth, a place of bountiful supply and nourishing energy. When you are aware of the earth's presence, you feel supported and nurtured. You can visualize energy leaving your feet or from the base of your spine like moving beams of light into the earth. This will allow the excess electrical energy in your mind to dissipate.
 
It is also important to calm your emotional body. Just as the mental body is electric, the emotional body is magnetic. This means that your emotions have the power to attract to you what you are experiencing through the Law of Attraction. Many times what you attract is the opposite of what you think you want to have in your life. It is important to ground these excess emotions as well. On the electrical beam that grounds into the earth, you can wind a coil for the magnetic energy of your emotions. With your intention, you can send these excess emotions into the earth.
 
If you have trees, mountains or bodies of water near you, it can be useful to see these as places to ground excess energy. You can visualize light beams radiating from your feet, powerful light cords from the base of your spine, or pillars of light from heaven to earth; whatever image suits you. This is a very simple but powerful tool for you to use.
 
As you become more aware of this grounding process, you will begin to be more present in the moment. Being present means bringing an open heart to wherever you are and whatever situation is challenging you at the time. When your heart is open, you are able to make decisions from a place of love and not fear. As more people do this, the consciousness of the whole planet is raised. As more minds are consciously connected to the One Mind, all are blessed and can live more freely in love and peace.
 
You can be a part of this peace-filled evolution with the choices you make every day. Choose to live in love, not fear. Notice when you are running anxiety or anger through your body and are feeling "over-amped." Take the time to send this excess energy into the earth with a prayer, asking to experience only love. Know that all on earth are blessed when one person chooses to open his or her heart in love to another. Know the earth is blessed when you give energy to her, so in turn, all will be blessed as this great planet gives back in sustenance and life.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
 
We awaken within you certain truths that have always been there, and we do so in a variety of ways. We connect with each of you individually, and there is no real separation between who and what you are and who and what we are. Any idea of separation is just an illusion, but we have other ways of reaching you besides through channeled messages like this one. We can reach through impulses that you get within yourselves. And we are talking about impulses to take actions and impulses to speak. Even an impulse to follow an interest of yours can come from us, your higher self, your spirit guides, and so many other sources here in the higher realms.
 
Therefore, know that we are always looking out for you and looking for ways to better connect with you. There is so much that we have to share and that we desire for you to know experientially. We want you to know that you are a Source Energy Being by feeling it inside of you, and we know that the best way for you to uncover that feeling is to be heart centered and doing something you love. You can also get there just by thinking about someone you love, but love is the key. Love is the key ingredient, because love is the only ingredient, and when you are following the love that you have in your heart, regardless of what it is moving you towards, you know that you then are on the fast track home to Source.
 
But there is so much within your world to love, and not all of you were created to love the same exact thing. That is why it is so important for all of you to listen to your heart, because your heart knows what you were created to be, and that guidance that your heart is giving you will sometimes fly in the face of what your mind thinks is possible. The goal is of course to eventually get the heart and the mind on the same page. You want to feel good about what you are choosing to do, and sometimes it may take a series of impulses, or signs, or synchronicities to get your mind to realize that the guidance is real.
 
When you listen to your heart, you may find yourself doing something for hours and hours and hours, and you may lose track of time, and that’s a good thing. There will always be more for you to discover and always more for you to explore. Your hearts are infinite and contain knowledge, wisdom, and guidance. More importantly, they are where you feel love most wholly and completely. And therefore, it is important for you to tune in to what’s going on in your hearts and to listen, to follow through. Your hearts will guide you, and then faith and trust may be required in order for you to follow through, especially if you’re not getting the signs and the synchronicities. When you feel love, you are love, and when you move towards that which you love, you are becoming more aligned with your true self.
 
You will always be expanding into more of that love that you truly are, but certainly you can take the faster, more satisfying, more fulfilling route to going home to Source. And when you don’t, when you take a detour, there’s nothing wrong with that either. You can also find forgiveness in your heart. It is a place of comfort, warmth, and joy, and when you listen to the guidance you are receiving when you are heart centered, you know that you’re getting what you’re getting from a higher-dimensional realm, from higher-frequency beings, and sometimes those beings just might be us, the collective of ascended masters.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You are so important to Source Energy. Source Energy thought that you were such a good idea that you deserved to be created in physical form, that you deserved to have a perspective, a point of view, a unique vibrational signature. And now you exist. You are discovering that this is a time of transition, and it is a time when humanity is transitioning from the fear of survival and the belief in lack to the truth of yourselves as eternal beings who live in an abundant and ever-expanding universe. That is a huge shift. That is an enormous step forward, and that is why it takes time and it is why you see so much turmoil, so much upheaval.
 
You are bringing about this new world, this new Earth, through the energetic changes that you experience within yourselves. And so, you always want to see yourselves as microcosms of the whole, and you want to see everything as blossoming forth from you because your experience of your reality is your creation. And now that you do it more consciously, you can know for a fact that from here on out the transition can be smoother, it can be easier and it can be more comfortable, even though it is an enormous transition.
 
You are going so far beyond the ego and the mind and the idea of yourself as a singular being. This too is an important transition as you become your higher selves. You are there to know yourselves as more than just a finite being living in a singular physical body. And one of the ways that you come to know this experientially is through giving yourselves the experience of oneness, the experience of unity consciousness.
 
This is something that you do in the quiet moments that you have. It is something that you do in meditation. It is something that you achieve when you are in love, when you are in nature, when you are experiencing the love of another. It is a peaceful feeling, a blissful feeling, and it is the feeling itself that you are reaching for, rather than all the changes that will come about because of that feeling that you have from time to time experienced inside of yourselves. 
 
But now everything is speeding up and changing at an exponential level. It’s changing faster, and you are there to ride the wave of the energies. You do so more easily when you let go of attachments, and some of those attachments don’t even feel like attachments to you because that’s how attached you are to them. But the more you let go, the more you give in and surrender to the experiences you are having, the more in the flow you become, and that is how you want to live through this transitional time of the fourth-dimensional reality. 
 
We who exist in the higher realms will always be here to assist you with all of that. Call upon us at any time. We are always open, always available, and always willing to help.

We are the order of Melchizedek, and we are here in service to you.
 
This is the time to triumphantly announce who you are to the universe in all the ways that you can do so. You, as a unique aspect of Source Energy, have made a commitment to be yourself, to let loose on this reality all that you are, and you can feel when you are holding yourself back. When you want to tell that person that you love them, but you don’t, you can feel yourself shrinking. When you want to express yourself and give your perspective on something, but you don’t, you can feel yourself diminishing your point of view. And when you feel that, you feel less important, less significant.
 
Now, you could never be less important to Source, but you can feel that way about yourself to yourself, and in this transmission we are not talking about ego. We are not talking about making yourself seem more important, or smarter, or better than anyone else. What we are talking about is your full acceptance of yourself, and that includes your perspectives and the love that you are. You see, you are all meant to be uniquely you and not to hide yourselves or who and what you are. You can feel that desire bubbling up within you to give more to the universe, and when you hold yourself back from doing so, it is usually because you have a lot of very good reasons. Those reasons might be also labeled limiting beliefs or even negative thoughts. 
 
It is time to release those so you can triumphantly announce to this universe who and what you really are. You do this in your poems, your artwork, your books, the clothing you design. You even do it in the way that you speak when you are speaking to another. You have the ability to announce with joy to the rest of humanity that you are here, you are ready, and you are an aspect of Source Energy. 
 
Now, if you think that your purpose is to figure out something, or do something, then you are mistaken because you are there to be yourself unapologetically. When you are yourself, and you love yourself, and you forgive yourself when you are not being the best version of yourself that you can be, you are putting yourself in the right place at the right time to have the right experiences with the right people, and you are bringing humanity to a higher-vibrational state. This ascension of human consciousness is happening one moment at a time, one thought at a time, one expression of self at a time.
 
When you diminish yourselves, it is like saying, ‘Source shouldn’t have created me as I am.’ And so, self-acceptance is the first step to self-love, and self-love is a step towards knowing yourself as a Source Energy Being. So don’t let your ego or your mind convince you that you are not enough, that you shouldn’t be you, and that you should hide from the reality you are creating. Give this universe all of yourself and know that you will be accepted by those around you when you accept yourself. You may even find that you inspire others and that others want to know how you became such a self-loving being. When you tell them, you will also be up-leveling the consciousness of the human collective, of which you are a part, and therefore this work is as powerful as any work that you could be doing at this time to help humanity.
 
Help humanity by helping yourself become the fullest expression of who and what you really are, and know that others around you want you to be this even if they don’t know it right now. They want to be given permission to be who they really are and express that truth, and you are a wayshower, a lightworker, a changemaker, but most importantly you are you. And we love you completely, just as you are. 
 
We are the order of Melchizedek, and it has been our pleasure to serve you.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 
 
You have surpassed so many of the expectations for where humanity would be at this time in your evolutionary process. Now, you do receive help from those of us who are observing you, but it is what you do with that help that is so impressive. You have moved beyond the need to be seen as better than anyone else to such an extent that you are embracing that truth that everyone is equally a Source Energy Being. Now, of course, we are referring to those of you who are among The Awakened Collective. 
 
But we also want you to recognize that when you see your fellow humans as Source Energy Beings, and you hold them in that space of being equal to you, that then becomes a message that is sent out to the entirety of the human collective consciousness. You are affecting all in your willingness to hold another in the light of the truth of who they really are. 
 
When you receive help from beings and collectives such as ourselves, that help is not primarily to get you more of what you want as an individual, but rather it is the help that you need in order to elevate the consciousness of the collective of which you are a part. You are also included in that collective, however, and so all that you do for humanity you are also doing for yourselves. You are not there to be martyrs, to be selfless. But you are there to include others in your sense of self. You are there to expand your ideas about who and what you really are.
 
And as you expand that concept of self out, and you include others in it, you then begin to think, speak and act with the collective in mind, instead of just thinking that you will get yours, and they can all scrounge and scrape around at the leftovers. Now, that was the prevailing viewpoint that many humans took for quite some time there on Earth, because it was a place where survival wasn’t guaranteed. Now that you are living in a modern society, many are still seeking to live their best lives, but have for a long time not thought about the possibility of not surviving because of a harsh winter or a food shortage.
 
Now, of course, fears have come up in the past several years about food shortages and whether there would be enough energy to power your devices in the winter months, but those fears came up to show you what you were moving past, what you were moving beyond. And so of course those types of reports had to come out. You had to face those fears one last time, and now you have moved beyond your survival instinct, and you can thrive and you can encourage others to thrive in your thriving while also helping them with what they really need, which is to know who they really are and that they really can create what they want and what they need.
 
We see more and more of you in the new age community doing this, and we see and feel the impact that you are having on the rest of humanity. And we want to compliment you on that and let you know that you will continue to make those very big, very positive strides forward as you move into the final months of 2024, and you have every right to be excited about 2025 and what is to come because of you and what you are doing and the perspectives you are holding as The Awakened Collective.
