Through your evolution as a human species, you will be creating progeny that will not be as affected by the damage done to your DNA and to the evolutionary history and the spiritual education you were deprived of. One of the biggest changes people want to make is some form of having more discipline — sticking to habits, doing the tasks you’ve been procrastinating on, being more focused when you work, tackling all of those things you’ve been avoiding.

But how do we get more discipline? Is there a magical Discipline Fairy, or is it just what we’re born with, or can we actually increase it?

I’ve found that we can increase our discipline with training — and here I’m defining “discipline” as the capacity to face the things we’re avoiding. With training, you can face these things more easily, longer, more often, and with harder and harder tasks.

I think of this also as “courage training,” because what we’re really training is our willingness to face the things that we’re resisting or that we’re afraid of in some way.

If we can train our discipline and courage, so much changes in our lives: we get better at tackling high-impact tasks that require focus; we start making our way through the more difficult tasks on our todo lists and emails in our inbox; we move important projects forward; we stick to habits better.

In short, what many of us have been craving in our lives.

Prolonged Saturn conjunction with Neptune was a huge opportunity for the Lurker to mess with the planetary timeline. First, Saturn and Neptune almost made an exact conjunction in July and August 2025. Lurker used this energy through the Saturn dark stargate to inflict a huge amount of disappointment into the Lightworker community. The ancient philosopher, LaoTse (“Lay-OTE-say”) gave teachings which were designed to confuse the conscious mind. The idea was that, when the conscious mind tires and gets out of the way, the seeker could discover the deeper truths within.

 

He is credited with the 2,500 year-old work, the Tao Te Ching, which is full of apparent contradictions or paradoxes. Happy New Year Precious Heart,

 

I AM grateful to have the opportunity to connect with you once again as we move forward step by step into this new year. According to the Company of Heaven, 2026-2030 is going to be a wondrous life-transforming time, as well as a time to complete our learning experiences and the various challenges we have agreed to go through both individually and collectively as we Transfigure them into Light.

 

As many of you know, I was guided for the first time in 58 years to go on a hiatus during the latter part of 2025. During that sacred pause, I was able to assimilate the incredible influxes of Light we were all blessed with from every corner of the Cosmos. I was shown the dramatic results of the Unique Awakening that took place within the masses of Humanity in 2025. I was also given the opportunity to evaluate my own evolutionary process and the next steps in my service to the Light.

 

Today is my Birthday and I AM feeling the perfect frequency of New Beginnings as I share this personal information with you. Since 2026 is numerically a 1 year, 2+0+2+6=10=1, and January is a 1 month, today is numerically 1-11-1 or 1111.  I am 83 years old today which is also an 11, 8+3=11. Eleven is the Master Number that reflects the Transfiguration from the Physical into the Divine. As we have all experienced over the years, 1111 is a significant catalyst for change and quantum leaps in our evolutionary process. ...
