Hello! I just wanted to share a quick note with you.
 
YouTube, in its at times unfathomable and unexpected algorithmic prescience, suggested this TED Talk on rejection over the weekend.
 
"What I Learned from 100 Days of Rejection" by Jia Jiang
 
 
"Hmm," I wondered, "Does YouTube think I have an issue with fear of rejection?"
 
Well, don’t we all... :)
 
Especially the sensitive ones, the ones who are seeking to change the world in ways large and small.
 
When I clicked on the link, my attention was drawn to the first comment that said the video was "Kelly’s" favorite TED Talk ever.
 
He said, "wow, i've watched a lot of ted talks and this is my favorite one. he's so genuine, his story is so relatable and i want a burger refill."
 
Based on the power of Kelly’s words, I listened to the talk.
 
It was delightful.
 
In a warm, humorous way, Jia related the story of his fervent desire to make an impact, complicated by his deeply rooted fear of rejection. As a teenager in Beijing, Jia had been inspired by a hometown talk by Bill Gates. The speech catalyzed his ambition to build a global company that would allow him to purchase Microsoft by age 25. When, at 30, he had not even come close to fulfilling this dream, Jia realized he needed to look at why. He discovered he hadn't taken the steps to build the business, or any business, because he was afraid.
 
Jia then embarked upon a 30-day challenge with the goal of being rejected every day in an attempt to release his fear. His initial adventures in rejection were both touching and at times hilarious, but most of all, the experience quickly gave him the sense that he could do anything. The process also coincidentally helped him find his life purpose: helping others overcome fear of rejection. To document his challenge, Jia created a video blog of his adventures, and one of his early experiences was viewed by 5 million people. As an unintended consequence, Jia became a bit of a sensation. Jia’s story is both amusing and engaging. I hope you enjoy it. Please be sure to stay til the end, where he brings it all together.

Take a moment to breathe and connect with your soul essence. Ask quickly what your heart would most like to share with the world. Jot down a note or two, whatever first comes to mind.
 
Make the commitment to yourself that you will take concrete action in support of your larger vision in the next two days. Challenge yourself to move. It may not be necessary to put yourself in the pathway of rejection for 30 days as Jia did, and yet, you'll likely have to learn to overcome fears of your own. Just do it. :) You may discover it is easier than you think.

Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
 
We awaken inside of you that which is the master when you focus upon us. What you see in us you must also be able to see within yourselves, or you would not be in any way impressed by any one of us as individuals who have lived lives there on Earth. When you resonate with our energy as this collective that we are now, you are also noticing how much you have integrated within yourselves. Part of the way of mastery for all of you is to acknowledge all of your other selves. This is how you become your higher self in the flesh. You allow the integration of all of your other lives, and you become whole. You operate more as a collective, as a multidimensional being, as one who knows their infinite and eternal nature, and then you are not so attached anymore to an identity that is limited and limiting.
 
And so, as you go beyond the concept of self that you have had, you allow yourself then an entry point to knowing yourselves as Source, to knowing yourselves as unlimited. And this is the path. This is the path you are choosing for yourselves by being awake in this lifetime. There is a lot to be gained by all of you in the acknowledge that you are doing this and that it is going well. It is important to let go of the idea that you are supposed to have done everything perfectly up until this moment that you are in right now.
 
As you make this moment a perfect moment for you, then you perfectly align to all of those other selves and even your past selves in this lifetime. As you make peace with the 5-year-old that you were, and the 10-year-old that you were, and the 15-year-old that you were, you integrate those aspects of you into the now moment and you become more integrated, more whole and more complete. You become more masterful over the present moment. You align more with those of us who are considered to be ascended masters.
 
We know that the journey there is full of challenges and that it wasn’t designed to be easy for all of you, and we know that because we lived on Earth in third-dimensional, physical bodies. Again, the recognition that you have of us shows you a lot about yourselves and what you value. And as you value your infinite, eternal and spiritual nature, you integrate that into the physical nature, the physical body, which also has its place within Source. And you are more than capable of bridging those two worlds – the physical and the nonphysical, the material and the spiritual – and you can live your lives as examples of those who have managed to do so without making sacrifices to either one. You don’t have to sacrifice the physical to honor the nonphysical. You don’t have to be less materialistic to be more spiritual.
 
You can be it all and have it all, because it was all created to be experienced. And those of you who know that can lead beautiful physical lives while knowing who you really are as spiritual beings, and you will reach more people, and have a bigger impact, and show your influence when you are capable of merging the worlds, integrating the selves, and becoming your own version of Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters. We do like when you put yourselves at our level, and we do know that it is the goal of all of you to master this life.

Nós despertamos dentro de você o que é o mestre quando você se concentra em nós. O que vedes em nós também deveis ser capazes de ver dentro de vós mesmos, ou não ficaríeis de modo algum impressionados por qualquer um de nós, como indivíduos que viveram vidas na Terra. Quando você ressoa com a nossa energia como este coletivo que somos agora, você também está percebendo o quanto você se integrou dentro de si mesmo. Parte do caminho da mestria para todos vocês é reconhecer todos os seus outros eus. É assim que você se torna seu eu superior na carne. Vocês permitem a integração de todas as suas outras vidas e se tornam inteiros. Você opera mais como um coletivo, como um ser multidimensional, como alguém que conhece sua natureza infinita e eterna, e então você não está mais tão apegado a uma identidade que é limitada e limitante.
 
E assim, à medida que vão além do conceito de eu que tiveram, permitem-se então um ponto de entrada para se conhecerem como fonte, para se conhecerem como Ilimitados. E este é o caminho. Este é o caminho que vocês estão escolhendo para si mesmos, estando despertos nesta vida. Há muito a ganhar por todos no reconhecimento de que estão a fazer isto e que está a correr bem. É importante deixar de lado a ideia de que é suposto ter feito tudo perfeitamente até este momento em que se encontra neste momento.
 
À medida que fazem deste momento um momento perfeito para vocês, então vocês se alinham perfeitamente a todos esses outros eus e até mesmo aos seus eus passados nesta vida. À medida que você faz as pazes com a criança de 5 anos que você era, com a criança de 10 anos que você era e com a criança de 15 anos que você era, você integra esses aspectos de você no momento do agora e se torna mais integrado, mais completo e mais completo. Você se torna mais magistral sobre o momento presente. Vocês se alinham mais com aqueles de nós que são considerados mestres ascensos.
 
Sabemos que a viagem para lá está cheia de desafios e que não foi concebida para ser fácil para todos vós, e sabemos disso porque vivíamos na terra em corpos físicos tridimensionais. Mais uma vez, o reconhecimento que tem de nós mostra-lhe muito sobre si e sobre o que valoriza. E à medida que valorizam a sua natureza infinita, eterna e espiritual, integram-na na natureza física, no corpo físico, que também tem o seu lugar na fonte. E vocês são mais do que capazes de unir esses dois mundos – o físico e o não físico, o material e o espiritual – e podem viver suas vidas como exemplos daqueles que conseguiram fazê-lo sem fazer sacrifícios a nenhum deles. Você não precisa sacrificar o físico para honrar o não físico. Não é preciso ser menos materialista para ser mais espiritual.
 
Você pode ser tudo e ter tudo, porque tudo foi criado para ser experimentado. E aqueles de vocês que sabem que podem levar belas vidas físicas, sabendo quem realmente são como seres espirituais, e alcançarão mais pessoas, terão um impacto maior e mostrarão sua influência quando forem capazes de fundir os mundos, integrar os eus e se tornarem sua própria versão do timo: o coletivo de Mestres Ascensos. Gostamos quando se colocam ao nosso nível, e sabemos que é o objectivo de todos vós dominar esta vida.
 
Isso é tudo por agora. Somos o timo. Somos o colectivo dos Mestres Ascensos e estamos sempre entre vós.
